Cement Grinding Aid(Liquid)

Description：

ZY-GA is used as a cross-linker in special niche water-based coating applications. The cement and concrete

 industries use TIPA as a grinding aid, and it is used in concrete admixtures. It is used as a neutralizing 

agent in agricultural products and water borne coatings

Applications

(1) Green and environment-friendly, non-toxic, odorless, non-flammable, free steel-corrosion effect, and free side effect

 on cement.

(2) Increase mill output (10-20%), reduce unite power input and grinding costs. ZY-GA cement grinding aid can significantly 

improve dispersion and fluidity of materials; effectively eliminate attraction of cement grains.

(3) Optimize the particle size distribution of cement, reduce cement content. ZY-GA cement grinding aid can effectively 

improve micro-environment of cement hydration, increase strength.

(4) Increase dosage of mineral admixture, improve utilization value.

(5) Excellent compatibility with Portland cement and mineral admixture.

Remark: Because of the difference of cement clinker quality, grinding technology and equipment, the data in the table are

 only for reference.

Application instructions

Dosage: 0.028- 0.033 % by weight, depending on type of clinker, type of mill and desired results.

(The dosage range is from 0.28 kg to 0.33 kg per MT of material to be ground. Industrial trials are required 

to determine the optimum dosage. Admixture specifically formulated to improve the grinding of minerals and

 particularly recommended for grinding cements)

Packaging, transport and storage

(1) ZY-GA high performance cement grinding aid is available in sealed plastic or iron drums. Other special package can also be available according to prior consultation.

(2) Dry and well ventilated warehouse is needed for storage. Quality guarantee of ZY-GA high performance cement grinding aid is one year under normal conditions. If storage has surpassed the time, test must be done to confirm the validity.

Safety & Toxicity:

Generally present no toxicity, alkalescency but do not irritate skin.

Higher flashing point, it should be prevented the material from spilling into the eyes while handling.
