Attapulgite Bleaching Earth(Cooking Oil Decolourant)

Attapulgite Bleaching earth is a kind of decolorizing product with natural activity and purification adsorption. The raw ore of the product is a special natural growth mineral interweaving material - Attapulgite clay. These unique properties make the processed products have natural decolorization and adsorption capacity.

Our advanced attapulgite thermal activation processing methods make the most use of these unique mineral properties. The processing method is not involved with any added acids and other added chemicals, making the final product fully meet the national standard of 'food safety national standard food additive attapulgite clay'(GB29225-2012).

The attapulgite clay's features and advantages as follow:
1. Good adsorption performance for various metal ions;
2. Good removal effect on green leaf element and color in vegetable oil;
3. For oil Fatty acid salts and Phospholipid removal
4. No residual acid (residual acid is harmful to the decolorized oil)
5. Free fatty acids in oil will not be increased during decolorization 
6. The filtration rate is obviously faster than that of bentonite

This product is mainly applied in the decolorization of palm oil, rapeseed oil, soybean oil, peanut oil, sesame oil, cottonseed oil, coconut oil, sunflower seed oil, carbon free copy paper, monosodium glutamate, beverage, glucose, vitamin, silkworm chrysalis oil.
