Package&Shippment

1. The packing must be rolled on the cardboard core tightly and neatly. In this way, grass can keep good shape during the transportation, won't be wrinkled or damaged. 
2. Packed in roll - coverd with PE film or PP bag outside, color can be customised.
3. Roll wideth can be 4m/ 2m/ 1m, length can be 20m-70m according to different grass, our regular roll size is 4m x 25m (100sqm) and 2m x 25m (50sqm) 

Artificial Grass Installation

1.Calculate & design how to put the grass rolls
2.Remove or dispose the sub-base
3.Prepare the positive drainage
4.Draw the lines
5.Cut the artificial grass rolls in right sizes if needed, and lay the rolls
6.Cut white grass lines
7.Join the rolls with glue & joint tape
8.Cut the green grass for white lines
9.Trim the grass for edges & deal with possible wrinkles
10.Apply the infill. Spread the quartz sand and rubber granule evenly to make sure the artificial grass field performs well.

11.Installation finish.

FAQ

Q: Can I put it on top of my existing grass?
A: It is not recommended, as the existing grass will slowly die and could cause undulations to the perfect new surface. The first operation in our installation is to remove all existing lawn to a suitable depth and replace it with a compacted drainage sand/grit base and geotextile weed preventative membrane. 

Q: Will my Turf require any maintenance?
A: Your Turf artificial lawn will look perfectly green all year round without the need for mowing, feeding, watering or treatment of any kind. Occasionally the surface will need brushing to stop the build up of any debris such as leaves and twigs.

Q: How long can I get the artificial grass ?
A: It all depends the quantity you place order. We can supply 5,000-40,000sqm quantity grass in 5-14days.
