- I've heard Maybelline Color Tattoo single eyeshadows are good quality...I haven't tried them myself yet, but I'm going to soon and they sound good. There's lots of colors, but availability depends on your store.

- If your talking about normal cling wrap used for wrapping food items, you could do it. But it's much thinner than normal pallet wrapping film. You would just have to use more of it.

- CANNOT IDENTIFY by looking at it. Because different woods were mixed together in powder form, unless you have knowledge to identify them by looking at their fiber structure with a microscope. To identify pine wood is quite simple. Burn a few those pallets,while it starts black smoke put a piece of cold glass to catch a layer of smoke film. If the layer color is black and has resin smell, it is pine wood.

- Good luck using recycled wood pallets. I've never seen a pallet yet that had wood good enough to make any kind of furniture or shelving. It is rough, cracks and splinters. It is made of the cheapest wood they can find. Maybe you were lucky but I'd spend a little extra and get some good lumber. 1x4's aren't all that expensive for what you want.
- Q: I am having a disagreement with the construction manager at my company and would appreciate any specifics anyone can provide. I have heard that it is an OSHA violation but can't find anything on it. Is it unwritten but covered under the general duty clause?
