I have tried bleach and all that stuff as well but no luck !: If you have a lever operated drain stopper it may be clogged with hair, soap, etc. Remove the overflow drain cover (usually one screw) and the handle. Then you can pull up the articulating rod and in line stopper. Clean it and put it back together in reverse order. If the problem is further down the line use a plumbers snake to free the debris.
