On June 30, 2020, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Qinhuangdao (Qinhuangdao SASAC) signed an equity transfer agreement with Triumph Group, and Yaohua Group officially joined Triumph Group of China National Building Materials Group Co., Ltd. Under the guidance of the “3 + 1” strategic planning of Triumph group, Yaohua Group has actively promote the project of moving out of the city to the industrial park according to the company’s development orientation, and built a brand-new Yaohua Glass New Material High-tech Industrial Park and Yaohua Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park. The new factory will focus on the development of high-quality float glass and its deep processing products, new energy glass, color glass, borosilicate glass and supporting deep processing production lines. Through 5 to 10 years of development, Yaohua will be built into an innovative technology industrial group with an annual revenue of over 5 billion yuan.
