Q:My boyfriend is a Huge Gamer.... he is 25 and spends a lot of time in front of our TV playing his video games. So i want to get him one of those gaming chairs/rockers for Christmas but there are so many i don't know where to begin. I also don't want to spend $500 on it. Any ideas?: All you would need is a recliner chair, possibly made of leather - any material or furry chairs would only be irritating and distract you from gaming. It doesn't need to be too fancy, it doesn't need speakers or anything. All it would need is to be able to recline and possibly a drink holder or something so it's always nearby. There is always a little table next to the chair if you can't find a drink holder. Try a local furniture store that sells second hand furniture so you are not spending a fortune. My friend found a leather recliner for 50 bucks at one of those places - since all of the money went to charity.

Q:My five year old hyperactive son did what he is not allowed to do, eat in the living room. We have a white/off white Ikea Tullsta or Solsta chair (the smaller one on light wood legs). He has smeared food on there and I have tried everything to get the stains out. Tuff Stuff foam, carpet cleaner, and a few other cleaners and nothing is working. The only other thing I haven't tried is the cleaning hose with my carper shampooer because I can't find it. Is there a chemical to bleach this fabric and get these stains out or what can I do? It looks hideous. I'd say $150 for any old utility piece of furniture in nice condition. You could probably do better if you were to sell it as a modern or industrialist piece. Have you looked around underneath for any labels or markings?

Q:Hi, i had a chair a long time ago that was the shape of a shallow bowl and was made of wicker and roughly 5 ft in diameter. I have found similar chairs called saucer chairs but none of them with an independent base or made of wicker. Also, is that even a good idea to get him a man chair for Christmas?: Yes, I think a chair is a pretty nice thought. Lay-Z-Boys are the best chairs... I would though, if he already has chair measure the depth of the seat. My sister got a love seat and your feet dangle because the seat is soooo deep... and it isn't very comfortable... So I'd measure that.. And also measure the width, because if there are any large people you don't want a chair that is only 30 inches wide, they won't fit in it... Probably look for around 35 inches wide. The depth you'll have to determine on your own, but ask the sales person if they recommend an average depth size...
