- Q:Is a chest press equal to a Bench press
- go with the bench press it requires more stabilizing muscles. the chest press will only use the 1 range of motion where the bench will utilize 3 range motion. do less reps until you know you can handle the weight. never fatigue unless you have a spot.
- Q:I am half black/half white, white long, dry and coarse relaxed hair. I do have a Sedu flat iron, but now I'm wondering... should I be using a pressing comb? Which is better?
- flat iron, definitely! pressing combs take forever and are more dangerous. with a flat iron, you can: -both straighten and curl hair -straighten more hair faster -straighten at a lower temperature -the hot part is concealed so it won't burn your scalp or hands as easily -its easier to set the temperature -they heat up faster a pressing combs can melt hair easily if they aren't at the perfect temperature. needless to say, both can be damaging.
- Q:Our desktop pc is acting like the ctrl key is pressed. We tried hooking up a different keyboard too but it does the same thing. Is there a setting for this that can be changed? Our pc is pretty much useless right now. First helpful answer will be picked #1. Thanks so much!
- Here are some ideas. 1. Try pressing both the left and right CTRL keys at the same time and see if that releases CTRL. 2. Go to Start / Settings / Control Panel / Accessibility Options / Keyboard Options. Turn off CTRL lock if it's on. If that solves it and to avoid future problems, press Settings Turn off Press modifier key twice to lock. Turn on Turn sticky keys off if 2 keys are pressed at once. Or turn off Use shortcut

- Dude, if you want to get seriously stronger and i mean SERIOUS then start hitting the BARBELL SQUATS... the squats is the King of all excercises cause it hits your quads, glutes, hams, abs even shoulders but actually it also hits around your upper body cause it sends a distress call to your whole body which also releases the most growth hormones through out your whole body. Trust me if you can squat your weight or even more you will become already overall strong.

- There should be a ridged part of the bar its like Put ur hands thumbs length to the outside of the length part, and tell your spotter to lift the bar when you count to 5. So count 1,2,3,4,5. As soon as he's lifting it take a deep breath and slowly bring it down to you're chest, and push it all the way up. Breath Out, Then bring back down, and repeat, etc.
