- Dude the point of working out is to breakdown muscle mass and giving it time to recover so it gets stronger and bigger. So just workout each muscle group once a week, it might sound like it's not enough but it's the amount for the muscle to recover. just remember to get to muscular failure with each set and get a good diet otherwise all your working out will be for nothing.

If you have someone helping, you they can prime while you are loading. I do not have the turret press, but it looks like it would be handy. I load .223, .243, .308, .30-06, 6.5 Grendel,.38 SP, .357 Mag, .45 ACP.

I don't know what the value of the iPod is but if it exceeds a certain value determined by your state laws it will be a felony. The police cannot get you any money for your loss but if they can trace it down to the current possessor they may be able to recover it and return it to you. If the person that accepted it from the thief knew it was stolen (and it can be proven) he may be charged with receiving stolen property.
