- Q:I started doing a workout routine which has bench presses in it (I've bench pressed before) and I was wondering if bench presses would help increase the number of push-ups I can do. I've always been pretty weak on my upper body and it would be rare if you can see me do five push-ups perfectly without stopping.
- Yes bench presses will increase your push-up count without even ever doing push-ups. This might be more difficult however if you're already in the high-end of push-ups, at this range cardiovascular endurance is also a big factor, and not just strength (if you're doing 40-50 + pushups) but in your case since you can rarely do five, the main problem you have is with strength, and bench press will develop your pressing power better than pushups can. so yes it will help you immensely.

- The press should have full freedom to a degree. If they say anything thats not true or slanderous then thats when they should lose that freedom.
- Q:The title says it all but to be more descriptive, I like a auto key presser software,* something like when F5 is pressed, keys number 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 ,5 will be pressed by sequence with an interval of something like 2 seconds.* example:F5 is pressed.1 will be pressed then after 2 seconds2 will be pressed.then so on. - Q:i coach a 6th grade school girls team and we played in a league last year were you couldnt press till the last half but this year we moved to a bigger more competitve league that presses the whole game.last year during the 2nd half all the teams played full court man to man. but they would get confused when the other team subed.so i would like to know a easy to learn press that puts double teams on the ball handlers cause at this age they usely dont have but a couple of girls that can handle the ball and can easily go to half court if they beat the press across half court

- Under Armour, Dri-Fit and other performance fabrics can be heat pressed, but they are not the same as a nylon or polyester jersey, and that is important to know when you put lettering on. Because Under Armour is made to stretch, you want lettering that can stretch with your shirt without peeling off, cracking or wrinkling. If you take your shirt to a shop for heat pressing, you'll want them to promise you that the material they're using is made for performance fabrics. Ask them if they have a sample you can touch and stretch for yourself. One heat-press material made for performance fabric is STAHLS' SuperFILM. Right now, it comes on a roll, not pre-cut lettering. But, if the shop has a vinyl cutter, they should be able to cut SuperFILM and do your name or design easily. Good luck!

- Yes you can! Most people say to use translucent to set your concealer, but I think a pressed powder with some color in it is perfectly fine. It will give you very minimal coverage so don't add too much or the concealer will be visible. Pressed powder will be better for you anyways since you said you had oily skin. - Q:I am trying to become a Freelance Photographer and sell my photos to the local newspapers and other media organizations. I plan on taking pictures of crime scenes and different law enforcement / fire department events in my area.I've talked to a few people and they all told me that I would need a Press Pass. I am unsure as how to get one (I call the different newspapers and places like that and they say that they only issue them to their employees and are not for freelance photographers like myself).If I am a freelance photographer, do I really need one? If so, could I just create my own business and make my own press pass for that business?(I am in California, Los Angeles County)
