- Q:I have a 1966 ford mustang coupe, I was wondering how well they handle in snow and ice? Where i'm from we get alot of snow during the winter. Should I park it till the spring or get studded tires?
- I've always had good experiances with the resin 7 decks, they're light and very durable, A plan b axe deck isn't going to be much different and probably not much more heavier so I'd say they're aout the same, enjoi is really starting to make good stuff now, plan b always has. Tough choice but being i've had both brands of decks i'd always pick a resin 7 before the other.
- Q:I guess that might be a safety feature. Anyway, I put the battery back in but now the alarm emits small beeps like every two minutes or so. Why?
- Yes both fitting and pipe should be cleaned and use a silver bearing solder for potable water and the proper flux for that type. not all are the same. a wet rag for wiping after is good practise as you can also use it to put out fires. The wiping cleans off any excess flux that would turn the fitting green after a while. Make sure you have no moisture present as this will prevent solder melting.
- Q:Alright, I'm confused about this. People keep on telling me that lighting can strike the same place twice in rapid succession, but that doesn't make sense to me. When lightning hits, the place where it hit would be full of electrons, and until they disperse, lightning won't strike there again because there is no positive charge drawing the lightning downwards. I realize that eventually the electrons will disperse, or if there is a lightning rod or something similar, it can strike repetitively, but wouldn't it take some time if there wasn't a lightning rod?
- UV blocking clear coat is a must unless you want to see the epoxy yellow and deteriorate rapidly. Two pack clear coat should be applied after fine sanding. Several coats are good.

- Almost everything work slower in colder temps. Resin doesn't dry but it has to cure. That means, there is a chemical reaction that happens inside, and you get the solid material at the end. With warmer temps, it will progress faster when cold, it will slow down considerably, or not completely form at all if too cold. Changing the amount of chemicals may not make much difference, or you will get unsatisfactory results. Try to follow directions as much as possible for best results.
