- It doesn't matter if it is loose or pressed. It is the same thing with the same ingredients. Pressed is just more convenient for travel. I have however not been able to find a pressed powder for my oily skin. The only brands that I've found to work happen to be loose. These are the best at mattifying and controlling oil: -Mattify! Cosmetics Ultra powder for oily to very oily skin (this is the cheapest of all) -Tarte Micronized Clay Finishing Powder with PM20 -Jurlique Rose or Citrus Silk finishing powder These are all completely invisible once blended in and work with every skintone. They do not leave an ashy or pallid cast. They photograph well. When you wear a matte moisturizer (loccitane, avene, desert essence or bosia) and also use skindinavia no more shine along with one of those powders, stick to only oil free makeup if you wear foundation/tinted moisturizer etc... you will get all day fresh matte without need to blot or touch up.

- Q:how can i emboss paper without a press? would it work it i just put heavy things on it for a while? i'm not sure if the embossing would reach the edges. ideas?
- I would suggest just experimenting with different objects to imprint, different types of paper and different weights. I would think it should work. It sounds like you could get some interesting results just from playing around with what you have in the kitchen, tool chest, etc. I would think that putting the paper on some kind of firm foam surface would help keep the flat part flat and the embossed part embossed. The weight should be even across the whole sheet.

- Yes you should try to press charges. That is the simple answer. Its going to be harder at this point since you didn't report it right a way. A lot of the evidence that law enforcement would need will have gone. But I would still try. Who knows, he might have done it to someone else, more recently. And your testimony in her case or hers in yours can get this guy off the streets. From personal experience, guys that wont take no for an answer have done it in the past and will do it again.

- i would say straight bar for military press(Standing). i do a sitting military press or shoulder press with dumbbells.

- With the coin press, Indiana is right...shiny pennies are your only way to go. And with that, a good souvenir gift would be to get a coin book, they sell them and fill it up with pressed pennies from all over the parks. They're literally everywhere and you could create a cool and unique souvenir for about $25. Also, for the same amount you could get a miniature snow globe or figurine, coffee mug, something of that nature.
- Q:Most people do dumb-bell presses exactly the way they do bench-press that is, gripping the bar/dumb-bells with palms facing to the front.Some choose to rotate the palms inwards while lowering the dumb-bells so that the length of the dumb-bells is parallel to the torso. - ive seen this also either i ask pros for help to see if this is safe or correct but if not in their presence i try it out and if i feel like its doing more work and isnt hurting me i incorporate it in my workouts another good chest isolator is weighted push ups its a lot more work than just benching b/c its at least 50 percent your body weight plus the weight on your back even if your benching more than your body weight you'll see the difference between them when doing it also incline or handstand push ups puts 60 to 100 percent of body weight on your arms back and chest super good work out also military press jumping jacks do wonders for your chest you just have to make sure even when jumping you keep correct form here is one of my little circuits i do to tone lift build strength for a whole body but also your mirror muscles abs,chest,back,ect will get much love from this dead lift 1 rep then weight back to floor to power clean straight to military press jumping jack about 5 reps to shoulder squat 5 reps back to floor then repeat of course with heavy weight you might chop this down to fewer reps, as well as if you choose lighter weight you might do more reps

- No, acrylic nails are much better than press-on. Press-on nails only last for hardly a few days. Get some acrylics professionally done and you'll look like a diva. French tips are always a classic choice.
