- For the weight of your sofa I suggest buying the forearm forklift from the As seen on TV web sight. I have used these moving many items and makes even the heaviest items seem much lighter. If you are having to turn and lift and contour your sofa to get it to fit into the doorway then I would go ahead and remove the sofa sleeper section just be sure you secure it from opening once removed...zip ties work great for that.
- Q: I have a microfiber sofa and love seat i got from value city furniture and it didn't come with care instructions and my son kind spilled soda on it the cushions unzip i was wondering if it would be safe to toss it the washing machine on gentle with cold water the air dry to get them clean or use my handheld steam cleaner
- its almsot always a bad idea to was the cushion covers in the washing machine. The covers get distorted, they no longer fit like they are suposed to the seams will not line up it looks weird. You can always tell when someone does this. The handheld steamer will work better, however with micro-fibre you cannot spot clean, its very noticable if you do. You will have to clean the whole sofa. The good news is micro-fibre is almost always heavily stainguarded which means stains clean out of it very easily

I dont smoke so I would notice VS someone who is a smoker it wont bother them as much. If you had a family member come over who hasent seen you in like forever im pretty sure you wouldent want them to think Wow this guy/girl is nasty his room smells like smoke. To me a person who smells like smoke is yucky, but again I dont smoke so to me and other non-smokers it would but for someone who smokes it wont.
