Sales packing can be made according to customer requirements. Color box, window box, PVC box, mail box, white box, white box with color lable, or any else, are all acceptable.

Delivery:

1.    3-5 business days for Sample Orders; 7-30 business days for Bulk Orders for Bulk Orders.

2.    "Business days" means Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

    As per customer requirements, we can assist to get the designated test reports for product and the designated factory audit reports. The cost can be negotiated according to the product and the quantity which will be ordered.

4. Shipping service

     Provide services for vessel booking, goods consolidation, custom declaration, shipping documents preparation and delivery at shipping port.

When can I get the price? 

We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us by 86-592-5283203.

Are your samples free or need cost? 

Actually it depends on the products. For low value products, we will provide free spls, freight collect. But for some high value spls, it need spl cost and freight collect. Pls informed that all spls cost and freight cost can be returned back to you after order placed. You’re welcomed to email us for checking.

How can I get a sample to check your quality? 

After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.

Can you do the designs for us? 

Yes. We have a professional team with rich experience in packaging box design and manufacturing. We can manufacture the products as per your requirements.

How long can I expect to get the sample? 

It will be ready for delivery in 7-15 days. The samples will be sent to you by express. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

What about the lead time for mass production? 

Frankly speaking, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Generally, we suggest that you start inquiry 60 days before the date you would like to get the products at your country.
