- Q: I have a 98 Chevy Malibu. The brake lights and turn signals work. The rear tail lights (running lights) don't come on. Any ideas?
- Here's one one other thing to look at. The taillight, side marker lights, and the dash lights are all run off the same fuse, if those other things aren't working, then it's the fuse. Look under the hood, look for a 15A fuse labled Park Lps in the fuse box. The turn signals and brake lights are on a different fuse

- Q: What type of light would I need to replace my parking lights with from halogen to LED? I just installed HID headlights and now it looks wierd with the halogen parking lights when theyre on at the same time. I pulled both parking lights out and they are 12V 5W bulbs.
- I considered carriing LEDs once on my website and learned a bit about them before declining to stock them. The problem is that there are no LEDs that put out as much light as the halogen bulbs. The only way to get around that fact is to match the color of the housing with the color of the LED. for instance say a white halogen in a red housing makes red light for your tail lights, but only 1/3 of the light made by the bulb goes through the red lense. If you replace it with a red led bulb that is only 1/3 the light output of the halogen, the light output outside the lense is the same because all of the red light from the led bulb will pass through the lense. For your parking lights, get amber leds, or for brake/tail lights use red leds. The white leds wont put out enough light.
- Q: i have a 1997 toyota 4runner limited ... today a green light showed up on the bottom right corner of the dashboard. it looks like a sideways quot;Hquot; or a capital quot;iquot; with the lines across the top and the bottom .. then there are dots at the top and bottom where the vertical line intersects with the horizontal lines, and also at the ends of the horizontal lines. there's nothing about this light in the manual, and i've been googling the warning lights for hours but i just can't seem to find this one. does anyone know what it means?
- I believe that would be a warning light for the traction control system. The first thing I would do if it were my car would be to disconnect the negative battery cable for a few minutes and see if doing that will reset the system and turn the light off. If not you should have it checked out by a reputable mechanic.

- All video uses some sort of lighting, whether it be natural light (from the sun) or artificial lights. The goal of video lighting is to choose the best source(s) to achieve your goals. Color is not as important as location of the lights. Different types of light cast different color temperatures. Start with the basic white light and cover with fabric as needed for color or effect. The preferred lights for video professionals and major studios are white/blond to start because they are very flexible, dependable, produce very little heat and reduce energy expense. Remember: Three point lighting generally consists of a key light, a fill light and a back light. Lighting, often more-so than camera quality, determines whether a video looks amateurish or professional. Using light effectively, whether natural or artificial, takes skill and practice. Generally, you will want to keep the strongest lights behind your camera. Use reflectors to redirect light and diminish harsh shadows.Holding Reflector Silk, or other translucent cloth, can soften and diffuse strong light sources. Try bouncing strong light off walls or ceilings. Continually experiment and practice, and you will eventually begin to 'feel' good vs bad lighting.

- usually 12 on and 12 off should be fine. I turn em on when I get up, and off when I go to bed. If I'll be gone most of the day I just leave them off. Gives em a chance to de-stress from the day and saves money on the electric bill.

Look up what oblique lighting is - it is most certainly not even lighting. The reason people give answers saying do your own homework is simply that by asking a multiple choice question and getting the answer on here means the individual is not learning anything. It is very very simple to do a search on the terms and to read the definitions. You may actually learn what you are doing that way. This question is very very very easy to figure out (except for θηλ? φωτογρ?φο? though it would seem) if you actually think about it just a little bit.
