- Q:How to distinguish release film from protective film with the naked eye?
- In fact, the protective film is relatively the use layer. It's thicker than release film. But release film is used to protect the use layer. Usually, PET use layer can not only be formed by PET release film, but also by PE release film. To put it simple, generally the middle layer is the use layer. The outer layers are all release film which are usually thinner than the use layer.
- Q:What specifications about adhesion does PET protective film have?
- More specifically, you want to know how many degrees the adhesion of PE film can be further classified into, right?PE protective film can be devided into two types--based on static and based on glue. The static-based type is not adhesive. But as for the glue-based type, the adhesion can be further classified into degrees as follows: super low, low, ordinary, high,super high; or further classified using the unit G.
- Q:What's the difference between radiation and static? How can I know the protective film is anti-static or not? What harm can static do?
- To put it simple, static is on the surface of screen. It's not harmful to human body. But it does exert influence on using to some extent. Radiation is emitted from interior of screen. It's harmful to human body. It can damage human skin. For example, it can accelerate aging of the outer layer of skin. It is easy to know whether the protective film is anti-static. Puting a piece of thin paper on the screen. If the paper can be sticked to the screen, then the screen is static. You cover the screen with the prtective film (or simply put it on the screen) and then put the thin paper on the screen again. If the paper can't be sticked to the screen, it indates the static is separated by the protective film, meaning the protective film is anti-static.
- Q:How to remove the protective film on the door in a quick way?
- Tear it off quickly.
- Q:Can TP protective film keep screen from breaking?
- TP protective film is plastic. It can cover the screencan and protect it from scratches, but it can't prevent the crushing of the screen. If you are afraid that your screen may break, you could use toughened glass film.
- Q:What will happen and what to do if the protective film on copper door is torn off?
- There are several maintaining methods: 1. Keep the copper door, especially its surface intact and prevent bumps and scratches. If accidentally the surface of copper door is scratched, use colorless paint or wax to fix it as soon as possible to prevent the scratched area from oxidizing. 2. Frequently clean the copper door by wiping the dirt to keep it clean. 3. Regularly or irregularly wax the surface of the copper door: Using dry cotton towel to wipe off the dust on the copper door and waxing its surface. 4. If things like greasy dirt remain on the doors and windows, washing them with neutral cleanser. Though copper door is naturally resistant to corrosion, chemical changes will easily happen when it meets a large number of sulphur and sulphides. 5. Mind the strength when open and close the door. The strength should be even. The door itself is not easy to be damaged, but some of the mechanical parts of it may be abraded or less flexible in the process of using. Therefore, it's necessary not to open or close the door with much strength. The inflexible part can be fixed with a small amount of lubricating oil. Do NOT use too much. Then use cotton cloth to wipe off the oil to avoid dust.
- Q:Is there any way to tear off the protective film on furniture that is used for too long?
- Blow the film with electric hair drier for half an hour. When the film gets soft, you can gently pull it by hands to tear off the whole film.
- Q:What's the reason why watermarks are easy to appear on protective film of high adhesion?
- NOTE: Standard protective film is anti-static. You can't feel it adhesive by hands. It's the only choice of high-class digital camera and digital vidicon. Some protective films on the market is very sticky because it's just a layer of plastic film coated with glue. There may be bubbles or watermarks on the screen after you cover it on the screen. The display effect will be very bad. And this kind of film is very difficult to remove. It's even more difficult to clean up the glue. Remember it: if you really cherish your cell phone, digital camera or digital vidicon,NEVER use this kind of film on it!
