According to our sample policy, samples are free of charge for our common existing ones within a certain amount but customers need to bear the express charge. If customers have an international express collect account no. for FedEx, UPS, DHL and so on, this will be more convenient for us.For long-term business, we could bear the express charge.If customers are satisfied with the finished samples and will settle the first order, we will start to refund the sampling charge.
