Main Usage

Sodium Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde water reducing admixtue,chemical name β-naphthalene

sulfonate formaldehyde condensate ,will result in better dispersion of cement agglomerates. 

The series products of WGF have been widely used in: roads, bridges, ports, docks, water 

and electricity facilities, industrial and civil construction, prefabricated concrete and other 

concrete engineering.

instructions for use

1. Dosage range: 0.3% ~ 1.0% by weight of cement, the common dosage 0.5% ~ 0.75% by 

weight of cement. The dosage quantity is calculated by the dry material percentage of cement 

weight. The dosage quantity of aqueous solution is calculated by converting above content.

The final dosage quantity depends, among others,on the reactivity of the cement and the concrete 

recipe.This must be determined by suitability trials.

2. Adding method

(1) Put the powder directly into cement mixed with other aggregate.

(2) Dry powder prepared into 40% solution, then adding mix aggregate.

(3) Add dry powder or solution in pre-mixing concrete, and continue to stir.

(4) After the fresh concrete mix was prepared, the WGF superplasticizer could be added for 

a second stirring.
