R-5461 Serial of Mica Tape for Fire-resistant Cables consist of phlogopite mica paper (or synthetic mica paper) impregnated with special silicone resin and glass fiber cloth (or Polyethylene film) as supporting agent. ◆ R-5461-P-GS: Single side reinforce phlogopite mica tape with glass fiber cloth
CHARACTERISTIC
◆ Resist extreme thermal stresses and give oustanding fire protection. R-5461-P is made from phlogopite mica paper, retain insulation properties at 800℃; R-5461-S is made from synthetic mica paper, retain insulation properties at 1000℃;
◆ Incombustible, asbestos free and do not create toxic gasses;
◆ Excellent tensile strength and shock resistance.
