Retarding Superplasticizier  Concrete Admixture on based Naphtalene JF-3

JF-3 is a naphthalene-based highly effective water reducing admixtures for promoting slump retention type, 

commonly referred to as a superplasticizer, also named Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde Condensate

Applications

• Impermeability mark of JF- 3 can be P10, intensity of 100 times freezing and thawing cycle without loss and lasting

  quality  has improved significantly.

• JF-3  is suitable for continuous concrete in mass in the hot season, reduce the hydration heat and avoid temperature

  cracks.

• JF-3 can improve the concrete workability and enhance the technical performance of concrete.

• To strictly control the content in accordance with the mix ratio of construction, do not exceedthe recommended dosage.

• Before JF-3 mixed use with other admixture, it must pass the laboratory test.

• JF-3 is chloride  -free, low alkali, good for the adaptability of cement and can be used in all kinds of reinforced

  concrete engineering.

• JF-3 is applicable to concrete construction in the temperature conditions of - 5 ° c - 40 degrees Celsius.

• JF-3 isn’t suitable for the cement admixture which is made by anhydrite and fluorgypsum and also unsuitable

  for prefabricated part of steam curing.

Properties

• Excellent water-reducing ability. JF -3 can significantly reduce 15% ~30% mixing water in concrete  with 0.75%~1.5% dosage for powder, 1.5-3.0%.for liquid.

• JF-3 can be cooperated to use with good quality of mineral admixture to make C80 high strength concrete.

• When the strength of concrete and slump constant are basically the same with the base concrete,

  JF-3 can reduce cement content (15%~20%).

• Retention value of slump constant: 1h＞90%   2h＞85%。

• Setting time: setting time delay 2-5h.Raise special requirements in the service at pre-sales stage.

Packaging, transport and storage

• Powder JF-3 is available in 25kg film-lined bags. Liquid JF-3 is available in sealed plastic or iron tank.

  Other special package can also be available according to prior consultation.

• Special measures should be taken to ensure entire package. Keep waterproof during transportation.

• Dry and well ventilated warehouse is needed for storage. Quality guarantee of JF-1 is three year under

  normal conditions. If storage has surpassed the time,test must be done to confirm the validity
