Though you must remember that actually developing a material with so many of these aspects is no small feat and is at this moment is currently impossible. Each material currently in existence with at least one of these aspects has several aspects/weaknesses which would conflict with the material being able to support another. Take the Ambrosio (might be spelt differently) for example. It's completely fireproof. Though unfortunitly it is found that it is poisonous. To make such a material would mean making an artificial material which would defy the current laws of realistics. - Looks like your window might be leaking. Check the exterior of the window and caulk with some clear caulk. Then to repair the drywall get some paper drywall tape, small bucket of joint compound and a variety assortment of plastic spreader blades. First tear off what is wanting to come off anyway. Spread some mud down the joint, put the paper tape over the mud and smooth the tape into the mud with a small 4in knife/spreader. Then put a thin coat on over the top of the tape. Let dry, sand a little, then put another coat on with a wider knife. Do this until you feel it is smooth enough to please you sanding between each coat. Prime and paint.
