High Range Water Reducing and Accelerating Admixture

Description
MNC-A1 is a high range water reducing and accelerating admixture. It meets ASTM C 494 requirements for Type C, accelerating, Type E, water-reducing and accelerating and Type F, high range water reducing and accelerating admixtures.

Application
1、It can be applied to normal concrete, reinforced concrete and pre-stressed concrete projects across a wide range of ambient temperature conditions such as mild, low and subfreezing temperatures( above -8℃).
2、It’s compatible with Portland cement, normal Portland cement, Portland slag cement, fly-ash cement and Portland pozzolanic cement etc.
3、It’s suitable for self-cured concrete and its finished products.
4、Concrete mixed with MNC-A1, when cast in a climbing form, can achieve targeted mold-release strength by 10 hours and when cast in a large form, by 24 hours.

3、Cured at 50℃, concrete mixed with it can achieve 75% of the designed strength grade by 12 hours.
4、When cement consumption and slump remains unchanged, its water reducing rate can reach up to 18%. Concrete compressive strength can be improved by 120% on the 1st day, 80% on the 3rd day and 30% on the 28th day. Under normal curing conditions, concrete mixed with it can achieve designed strength by 3 days.
5、15% of cement can be saved without sacrificing slump retention and strength.
6、It can optimize the cycled use of molds and job site, thus is favorable for fast progress projects.

Recommended Dosage
2.5% of cement quantity.

Directions
It can be agitated together with cement. Accurate measurement is essential.

Package
The product is packed in poly woven bag with plastic liens at 40kg.
