Q:I have heard you shouldn't eat food after you microwave it in plastic. Why?
Some plastics will release a potentially toxic gas, that the food MIGHT absorb. However, plastics labeled microwave safe will not do this. Also, some cheaper plastics might melt or go soft, but I have not witnessed this myself.
Q:Are there nursery trays specifically designed for hydroponic systems?
Yes, there are nursery trays that are specifically designed for hydroponic systems. These trays are typically made of materials that are resistant to water and provide proper drainage, such as plastic or foam. They often have individual cells or compartments to hold the plants and their root systems, allowing for easy monitoring and maintenance in a hydroponic setup.
Q:How do agricultural plastic products help with moisture management in containers?
Agricultural plastic products help with moisture management in containers by providing a barrier that prevents water from escaping and keeps the soil moist. They also help to reduce evaporation and inhibit weed growth, which further contributes to maintaining adequate moisture levels in the container.
Q:Um..... My teach what us to look jobs that apply to you, I wanted to be a Surgeon when I grow up and like to work with eyes. I was watching Plastic Surgery: Before and After and seen this Survivor from a shooting of the head. I was watching and some smart and friendly doctors helped her to give back. I was watching the Ocular-Plastic Surgeon help restore her Eye, but what else does Ocular-Plastic Surgeon Complete. Thanks
Ocular Plastic surgery (Eyelid) deals with Ptosis-Ptosis is the medical term for a drooping of the upper eyelid. Ectropion-An ectropion is where the lower eyelid turns outwards away from the eye. Part of the inner surface of the eyelid can be seen. Both eyes are often affected. Entropion-An entropion is where the lower eyelid turns inwards and the eyelashes rub against the eye. Both eyes are often affected. Epiphora (Watery eye)-Most eyes are capable of watering when we are upset, for example or in a cold wind. A watery eye is one that is watering excessively and interfering with the patients normal activities. Please see Google search for more details on Ocular plastic surgery.
Q:How does agricultural plastic affect crop flowering and fruit set?
Agricultural plastic can have both positive and negative effects on crop flowering and fruit set. On the positive side, plastic mulch, row covers, and tunnels can create a microclimate that promotes earlier and more uniform flowering, leading to increased fruit set and yield. They also provide protection against pests and diseases, ensuring healthier plants. However, excessive use or improper management of plastic can hinder pollination by restricting access to pollinators and reducing air flow, ultimately leading to reduced flowering and fruit set. Additionally, the accumulation of heat under plastic covers can cause stress to plants, affecting their reproductive processes. Therefore, careful and appropriate use of agricultural plastic is necessary to achieve optimal flowering and fruit set in crops.
Q:What plastic is used when delivering a baby. What tools are plastic. . .etc etc
I guess it depends on what type of birth you have. We had 2 home births and 1 birth center birth. During the 2 home births I remember teh supplies better because I had to get them myself. I know we had plastic to cover the bed. And another piece to have if needed depending on how things went. During our home water birth the tub had a plastic liner to keep the tub sanitary for other clients. Other plastic items includes the exterior of the chux pads (those absorbent pads they lay under you), some of the packaging for items like hydrogen peroxide and numbing gel. Also the tape measure used to measure baby's head is plastic I believe (at least the one we bought). The bulb syringe is also usually plastic. Of course the covering and materials of the diaper if you use disposable diapers for the baby. Maybe the cover if you're using cloth (that really depends though since there are so many options now a days...not when my kids were babies though..it was plastic!!). That's about all I can think of. I bet there is more though. Plastic is in so much.
Q:Ok, so I have recently started recycling, but i dont know how exactly to recycle plastic? I looked up some stuff on it, and it said to check for the code on the bottom 1-7. So if it has a 1-6 then should i put it all together in one container? Or should each type have its own container... please give me any deatails on this/how to recycle plastic. Thanks! :]
go okorder to locate a local recycle center. Each center has their own rules for recycling. Most take plastics 1 and 2 and others will take all plastics. If you have curbside recycling you should be able to go to the website or call to get information on sorting and what they will take.
Q:Can ground cover plants be used to create a natural noise barrier?
Yes, ground cover plants can be used to create a natural noise barrier. Their dense foliage and low height can help in absorbing and dampening sound waves, reducing noise pollution from roads, highways, or other sources. Additionally, some ground cover plants have thick roots that act as an additional barrier to sound. However, it is important to note that the effectiveness of ground cover plants as a noise barrier may vary depending on the specific plant species, the distance from the noise source, and other factors.
Q:i need to know bad stuff that could go wrong during plastic surgery
Well okorder
Q:What are the advantages of using ground cover instead of grass?
There are several advantages of using ground cover instead of grass. Firstly, ground covers require less water compared to grass, making them more environmentally friendly and cost-effective. Secondly, ground covers tend to suppress weed growth, reducing the need for herbicides and manual weeding. Additionally, ground covers provide better erosion control, preventing soil erosion and preserving the landscape. Lastly, ground covers often require less maintenance, saving time and effort in mowing and fertilizing.
