Working Principle

- Garbage box hook and hook unloading

The oil cylinder piston rod extends out, and the pull arm hook rotates backward, then the garbage can be unloaded; the cylinder piston rod retracts, and the pull arm hook is turned forward, so that the garbage can be loaded with hooks.

- Garbage box transportation

After the garbage box is hooked, handle the flexible shaft and locked to the locking position to complete the locking of the garbage case and the transportation operation.

- Lift carriage discharge

Drive the car to discharge position, open the rear door of the carriage, to ensure that the pull arm locking handle shaft in the locking position, control the hydraulic system to drive the garbage box; At this point, make the garbage, the pull arm hook and the turn over frame rotate together, lift the carriage to the maximum inclined angle, and unload the garbage. Operate the solenoid valve handle, lift the oil cylinder back, drive the car back to the original position, and realize the garbage dumping function, it will reduce the labour intensity of workers.
