Defoaming Agent

Description

AFK-2 is an antifoamer to control air content in mortar or concrete.

This product is easily dispersive in water and admixture. When concrete is manufactured it prevents massive air entraining which comes from general foam admixture and re-generating air, and it maintains the even amount of air in the concrete in the transportation after production, as it provides the excellent safety of the product, so the floating situation is seldom occurred compared to other competitors.

AFK-2 is effective to reduce air content in concrete and to make to surface of the concrete smooth.

Usage and Dosage

1.It is recommended that AFK-2 is made into a tenfold or a hundredfold water solution.

2.Dosage of AFK-2 is between 0.01% to 0.20% by weight of water-reducing agents, and to produce non-AE concrete, the dosage of between 0.1% to 0.5% by weight of water-reducing agents is recommended.

Packaging, transport and storage

1.20 litre and 200 litre plastic drums.

2.AFK-2 contains no hazardous materials and is completely transport class free however,     it is recommended to use standard handling procedures with product wear protective gloves/protective clothing/ eye & face protection.

3.Storage in normal warehouse in local regulations avoid high temperature and direct sun light and in a cool dry space. Keep tightly closed.
