- Regardless you're still liable and if you're in a no fault state you're really hung because of leaving the scene of the accident. I made that mistake after barely scratching a car she claimed all the damage on her car was my fault so Progressive paid her the $850. she claimed it cost to fix raised my insurance over $20. a month. The kicker is (like you) if she had been properly parked I wouldn't have scratched her. The good news is they can't claim more than the car is worth. Never leave the scene w/o calling the police or at minimum getting some kind of WRITTEN legal agreement. Some people actually make a good side job out of ripping people off like this because after the fact it's he said/she said and I found with Progressive they just pay it then recollect with higher premiums.

- Yes, this is normal. The fan speed is dependent on the CPU temperature. As the fan picks up speed, there is more cooling. As the fan slows, there is less cooling. Perhaps you can go into the BIOS and set a fixed fan speed to get rid of the annoyance.
- Q: i play XBL a lot and i have two computers around the corner from where my xbox is. i use a wall plugged bridge and my connection is usally painfully slow unless im on at 3 in the morninganyway i have a video and i use DSL. i dont want to run an ethernet cable out the door and to the modem. i have a phone jack in the room so im wondering how much would it cost to get the phone jack rewired proffesionally to support ethernet and would my connection be faster. look at this video for a more visual understanding of my situation.
- You can but you may have a problem with them fogging up. It is fine to wear them aslong as they fit under the mask. Some masks will have enough room and some wont.

- best way is to go to your circuit breaker in the garage and find the breaker for the security lights/that side of the house. turn it off. then wala, problem solved. another way would be to remove the sensor on the lights remove the light bulbs avoid the lights/sensor tape the sensor up (during the day or something) or as someone else said, avoid emitting Infra red radiation actually, I think the way you COULD do this seriously, is the following: find/buy one of those space blankets. (reflective blankets meant to keep you warm by keeping in all IR heat) you can buy em at walmart and camping store as well as the kennedy space center if your interested haha. then, cover yourself in it COMPLETELY shielding yourself form the camera, and go for it, walk, dont run, past the sensor, and you may be able to sneak past it because the blanket will hide your IR radiation from view of the sensor. I haven't tried it, but I think it might work, seeing as how the blankets ar meant to keep IR radiation in. so they wont let it out and will act like a sort of camo from the sensor. btw, the blankets go for like a max of 20 bucks. *edit* The walking slow thing, may work a bit, but you must understand how this stuff works to understand that it wont work well. maybe at all. the security light sensor is looking for a change in the IR temperature it is sensing. so if you move really slow, it might not detect a change. but then again, it might. its not worth trying. US a highly reflective material like a space blanket or shiny shiny aluminum.

- Go to the home improvement store and get.TSP, Primer and Paint. Also Rubber gloves, a bucket, a paint brush, a roller and a paint tray. You need to tip that air conditioner up a little to allow the water to drain outside. It should actually be further back then it is too, only the actual cover plate of the AC should be in the room The paper covering the opening on the right needs to be replaced with the stiff foam insulation. Lay plastic contact paper on the window sill. The moisture from the AC condenser needs to drip outside. Make sure the filter on the AC is clean. and look at the back to make sure that leaves or debis aren't in there look at the outside bottom of the unit to see if there is a small hole and make sure that it isn't clogged. The small hole is the drain. Check this hole often (weekly) to be sure it's not clogged. If the wall on the right of the AC is spongy you need to replace the piece of wall. Wash the discolored areas with the TSP (its a powder solution you mix with HOT water) and rinse well. If the wall is not spongy and the stain is still there spray some bleachAllow it to dry put a fan on it to dry it. Use the primer paint to cover anywhere it was discolored. Allow it to dry. If the dark portion bleeds through put another coat or 2 of primer there. Cut the foam to the exact hole opening. Fasten the foam insulation in the opening. You can do this with a hot glue gun. You can put the primer on the stiff foam too on the smooth side. Then paint.

- Q: Have a 20 lb Ansul Sentry ABC fire extinguisher. I recently took it in to be hydroed/refilled but the refilling company would not perform this for me. The extinguisher is in great shape and there is no visible damage or rust.This fire extinguisher was made in 1980 and Apparently they said that they would not refill or rehydro this product if it was made before 1984 or so. Why did they tell me this and can I get it refilled somewhere legally?

- If i'm not mistaken the ones you have are like foam and plastic? if so my mother used to use them, and her hair was wet and she slept with them. they gave her slight curls, and little volume. for more curls you definately want hot curlers. I'm not gay, nor have i ever used them i swear. I just remember odd things.
