APLICATIONS:   

We produce compound admixtures, which contained components of anti-freeze , early strength, water reducer and air entraining etc,The range of the temperature is 0ºC~-20ºC.Chloride salts anti-freezing agent is suitable for unreinforced concrete and the non- chlorinesalts anti-freezing agent is applicable to reinforced concrete.The product is of gray powder ,which is soluble, non-toxic, easy for application.

CONSTRUCTION METHOD:

1. Concrete original materials should depends on the Reinforced concrete engineering construction and acceptance code.cement:normal silicate cement or Portland slag cement,and the date of production should be less than two mouths.
aggregate:he quality of sand and stone should meet the requirements of national standard about the winter construction , and the aggregate should not be contained with the freeze things like ice and snow, Frozen sand block is applicable after being broken into pieces and sift 
2,The water can be reduced by 10% and the slump can be controlled within 30mm when mixing concrete materials, heat preservations should be carried on to keep the temperature of concrete not lower than 7℃ after mixed.

3,the temperature of the new pouring concrete should not lower than 5 ℃, covered with plastic sheeting and 1 ~ 2 layers straw bag immediately after molding , the curing time should not less than 7 days with heat preservation. 
4,Dosage is 5% of the weight of cement.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE:

1,The product use of textile generation bags lined with plastic film packaging,Net weight for each bag50kg±0.5kg.
2,This product is soluble in water,During transportation and storage should avoid to be affected with damp be affected with damp.
3,The product shelf life one year.
