Description:

The tie-in is the linking part between guide rail and building, and to keep the stabilization of guide rail and the whole structure. And can adjust some size within a certain range. Install one suit of tie-in each 3-10.5m along the guide rail. But its strength must meet the force F calculated according to formula. We can afford different types of tie-in, such asⅡ,Ⅱa, Ⅲ, Ⅳb,Ⅴa. Customer can choose any type according to their needs.

Because of the safety device, the building hoist can load people and materials safely. The hoist is equipped with gear cone drum progressive safety device.

The gear cone drum progressive safety device consists of: gear, centrifugal speed limiting device and cone drum brake. When the cage is over speed, the centrifugal block in the safety device overcomes the spring tension and brings the rotation of cone drum. The screw connected with the block screws and improves the friction of cone and shell. Thus makes the cage stop smoothly on the mast section, cut off the power supply and ensure the safety of person and equipment. The action speed of safety device has been adjusted and sealed when manufactured. Do not disassemble it.
