The fiber insulated heaters are heating unit, with heating elements and ceramic fiber insulation combined into one package. Ceramic fiber insulation is made from alumina-silica fiber with/or alumina fiber, characterized by light weight, super thermal shock resistance, low thermal conductivity, and low heat storage, ideal for most heating applications.
The heaters are available with heating element embedded in vacuum forming or installed on machined ceramic fiber block, in form of flat panel, half tube, tube or any customer’s shapes.
