1)Color and strong three dimension

Good peacock fabric should have saturated and pure color.it is rich in series inculding pure color,linen color.,blackout series, metallic yarn series which meet market need at home and abroad. We adopt multi-layer weaving technique to make flower pattern of distinct gradation and strong three dimension.

2） Fastness

What come into sight for peacock blind fabric is the sequential yarn. Many doubt about the fastness of sequential yarn.actually the material of yarn, same as that of parachute, is of excellent twnsile strength.the new shed technique allow a long service life.

3）Flatness

 The fabric can keep a good flatness even with width 2.8m.the flatness is a cirtical parameter to measure the quality of peacock blinds fabric. There should be no such fault as cupping,twisting or other visble distortion as hanging up.

4）Closure

When peacock is closed, it can keep a good flatness without light leak.

5）Eco-enviroment protection

Peacock fabric pass the environmental and ecological certification,such seven enviromenta and ecological testing as AZO,CARCINOGENIC DESPERSE DYES,HEAVY METAL,FORMALDEHYDE CONTENT, PCP of international testing organization SGS.

 2.Q:Can provide free samples? How long can I get the samples?

    A: Yes.Usually for four or seven days

 3.Q:How much the transportation freight of samples?

    A:The freight depends on the weight and package size and your area.

 4.Q:How long is the sample lead time?

    A:Sample lead time:5- 7days, if you don't need customized.

       If you need the products be customized,the sample lead time will be 7 days.

 5.Q:How long is the quality guarantee period for the product ?

    A: 1 year quality warranty at least

 6.Q:Would you produce OEM brand or design?

    A:Yes,we have our designer department, tooling department.

       We can make any OEM products according to your request.

 7.Q:How about your payment term?

    A: (1),50% deposit,balance 50% payment before shipment.(If the amount is below $10000) 
        (2),30% deposit,balance 70% payment before shipment.(If the amount is  $10000~$20000)
        (3),30% deposit ,balance 70% payment for B/L copy .(If the amount is above $20000)
        (4),L/C

 8.Q:How would you control your blind quality?

    A: (1), Set specifications and quality standards 
Set specifications\quality standards and Test method according to the customer’s requests before we place the order ;

        (2),First piece inspection Before mass production,our production manager will do assembly of 500SQM as a test to see the points, with production line leader, tell him the instructions and matters needing attention.  

        (3),100% Process inspection QC will do 100% inspection to see if there is any irregular assembly problems.  

        (4),20% Final inspection When one order finished, QA will do 20% inspection of them, to check the functions and appearance.
