Anti-Freezing Superplasticizer is a new generation of chloride-free anti-freezing admixture mainly compounded by naphthalene based superplasticizerwith minor nitrate and sulfate.  Thus it has anti-freezing, early strengthening, air entraining 

and water reducing effect for concrete in very cold conditions, It’s used to reduce the time that concrete must be 

protected against freezing in ambient temperatures ranging from -10℃ to -35 ℃.

Application
Anti-Freezing Superplasticizer series are suitable for construction of common concrete, pumping concrete, large volume 

concrete and ready-mix concrete in cold weather.

Dosage and Usage
1.Dosage as above table.

2. The mixer should be cleaned with hot water or steam before loading sand, rock and hot water. First, mix for 1 minute, then add cement and anti-freezing admixture into it, and mix for another 3 minutes. The mixing water temperature may be adjusted to ensure that the concrete mould temperature is above 10 ℃.

Packaging, transport and storage

1. The product is packed in poly woven bag with plastic lines at 25kg.

2. Powder product is easy to soluble in water, liquid dilution will affect the effective concentration of the product, transport and storage should be noted that the anti-leaching, avoid moisture, direct sunlight, kept under seal and away from open flame at the room temperature or during the transport.

3. In the case of good storage conditions, valid period is three years. If it is more than 3 years, rechecking is needed for using continually.
