Q: HOW YOU OFFER GUARANTEE AND WARANTEE FOR CLIENTS?

Q: HOW YOU CONTROL QUALITY?
A: Now we mainly use AUTO MACHINE such as AUTO-inserting components machine, AUTO-soldering machine etc. to improve the quality stability. At the same time, we run a very strict QC rules which will test products 6 times during producing and also we make QC when the goods semi-finished and then when the goods totally assembled.

Q: LED what is the glue between the aluminum base of the bulb and the cooling aluminum?: It's best to use heat conductive glue, such as ST922.

Q: LED how does the bulb return electricity?: What is reflow? Never heard of it. I am a lighting technician

Q: LED what kinds of screw bulbs are there?: LED bulb adopts the existing method of incandescent lamp interface, the general screw is E27E14E40 (three). E for screw holes, figures for size, diameter, size. The most commonly used are the E27 sizes, and the E14 is used in small bulbs, such as refrigerators and E40, for larger power.

Q: Led the bulb is flashing. What's wrong with it? How do you fix it?: The driving power inside is broken. If there is basic electronic knowledge, replace the inner capacitor. Most probably the electrolytic capacitor is broken.However, the cost of the bulb products is relatively low, and the cost of the repair is greater than the cost of the change.

Q: LED can the bulb be used in the bathroom?: of couse Yes, but LED kitchen and toilet light is recommended

Q: LED bulb bulbs, do you need 3C certification now?: No, this is a light source, not a lamp. It can only be CQC voluntary certification

Q: LED bulb after the power failure, still glimmer, can last hours or even all day, what is the reason?!: If the switch is installed on the zero line, LED is the resistance capacitance step-down if the light shimmer is mainly the induction voltage capacitance inside (with the switch installed on the line Never mind, because there are capacitance induction voltage). The meter won't turn. Of course, you can not expect to use this induced voltage to lighting, because this voltage is extremely weak, unable to meet the minimum requirements for lighting. If the switch is on the zero line, and there is a problem with the capacitor in the capacitive circuit, it is likely to be a long time. Over time, the circuit in the LED light proved to be a problem
