1-May I have your samples for existing items?
According to our sample policy, samples are free of charge for our common existing ones within a certain amount but customers need to bear the express charge. If customers have an international express  

collect account no. for FedEx, UPS, DHL and so on, this will be more convenient for us.For long-term business, we could bear the express charge.If customers are satisfied with the finished samples and will 

settle the first order, we will start to refund the sampling charge. For actual refundable procedure, this will be finalized according to actual sampling charge, the first order amount and actual communications.

2-Could you do sampling according to my actual sample, special demand, design or own idea?
Our R & D dept. has experienced engineers in structure and electrocircuit. And we have good cooperative factories in molds for plastic and metal. Based on these, we are able to achieve your demanded samples.

3-How do you control the quality?
We have strict quality control system including incoming material inspection, production line management, final full inspection and random inspection on loading. Based on these, we are able to deliver final high quality products for you.

4-What's the period of validity for complaint?
Normally, we accept the complaint within one month after receipt of the goods. For some special circumstances, please kindly contact with our sales for your actual order.

Payment term:

100% TT in advance. Order quantity more than 10000pcs, 30% T/T deposit, balance against B/L copy, L/C

Caution:

1. The power and socket must be safe and standard for service the life of battery.
2. Please do not use when charging, in case burn LED bulbs and damage inner components.
3. Pleased do not shot the eyes directly (Children must be instructed by adults).
4. Keep away form rain and wet.
5. Keep far away from the exploders when charging ,the charging time could not be more than 24 hours.(Suggestion charging in daylight time)
