- Q:Hi guys,I have a PB 9205 media keyboard with a few extra buttons. The keyboard works fine and the music buttons and hibernate buttons are working fine but there are four more buttons in the top left which don't work.The buttons have no affect on the computer when I press them, has this happend to anyone else and how can it be fixed?Also, is there any way I could reprogram these buttons if I got them working to perform differnt tasks?Thanks in advance!

- you are wrong. your pc may be old. the Newer BIOS these days can recognize usb devices. (i used a usb dvd drive to install vista on a pc from the bios boot menu. how did i do it so bios can recognize usb dvd drive? well simple really. my BIOS is up to date and has new features and you should update your bios, find out your bios version and such) actually the usb feature isnt quite new so your pc may be really old )

- You will have to replace the keyboard, but if it leaked under the keyboard and onto the motherboard it will slowly cause corrosion, meaning your laptop might work now, for a week, or a month, then eventually it will not turn on because liquid hit the circuit board under the keyboard. Remove the keyboard by unscrewing the corresponding screws and check to see if there is any liquid under it, changing the keyboard however may not necessarily mean the laptop will work correctly. - I don;t believe there are any official keyboards that LG supports. Your Magic Remote (2013 model) now has a built-in Qwerty keyboard in response to all the customer requestsbut I don;t think they made any updates to allow you to use one on a 2012 or older model. Many users have found SOME success using certain logitech keyboardsbut they usually have only limited functionality. You should check the Logitech forums where many people have listed there success/failures with different keyboards and different TV's.

- I've never seen one in the store but you can make one. All you need to do is re-map the keys on the keyboard, then pop off and rearrange the actual buttons (keys) to match the newly mapped keyboard. There are utilities in windows that will allow you to custom design your keyboard. Look in Control Panel - System - Hardware Manager
