Working principles of Vermiculite mill machine :

The crusher will crush the big materials into small ones, and then the elevator will send them to the hopper.

The vibrating feeder will send the materials to the middle of first dial evenly.

The motor of main equipment drives the main shaft and dial through reducer, and the dial drives numbers of rollers moving in the ring channels via pins.

The materials will be driven to the edge of dial by centrifugal force and fall down into the ring, crushed and grinded by roller, and become powder after production of three rings.

The high pressure centrifugal blower will inhale air from outside and bring the crushed materials to classifier.

The rotating turbo in the powder collector will make the coarse materials return to the Vermiculite mill machine and regrounded, while the fineness will mix with the air and go into the cyclone and be discharged in the discharge bin, which is at the bottom of it.

Q:Okay, so i have a pet snail, named Sheldon. I got him in sixth grade and he is a south american vermiculite snail who usually lives in extreme environments such as the volcano's of Jobi and the frosty and bitter climate of the arctic ocean. Q:I‘ve had my tarantula for about a year and a half. The first substrate I used was coconut fiber. The cage needed to be cleaned so recently I changed the substrate to peat and the tarantula did not like that much so after a few weeks with it keeping on its hide I changed it again, back to coconut fiber. It still stays on its hide and won‘t walk on the substrate, occasionally I see it on the water dish or on the glass on the side of the cage. It has been about a month since I put the coconut fiber in. It still eats the crickets if they wander on the hide. What should I do!? I don‘t know what else I can try.: Go for Peat, or Vermiculite instead. Many of the professional keepers swear by Peat as a substrate, however although peat hold moisture quite well, the following are common problems: Mould, mites, fungus and other unwanted growths. To counter this the substrate should be microwaved (only when it's dry, otherwise their is a possible fire risk!) This will kill any mould or fungus spores, and anything else, such as mites. Vermiculite doesn't tend to encourage mould, fungus or mites. Though some tarantulas, especially arboreal species don't like it as it tends to stick to their feet. You can wet the coconut fibre a little more to encourage burrowing. I use a product called Bed-A-Beast. This product comes in a 4 X 8 X 2 block and when placed in water it yields about 8 litres of bedding. One block fills my five - 10x24 tanks and a dozen small containers for spiderlings.

Q:What‘s the best way to clean up crude oil?: Probably not what you want to hear, but unless you have homes for all the babies, I'd suggest freezing the eggs. Raising baby beardies is VERY expensive (50-100 crickets per baby per day) and there often aren't enough homes for all of them. Unless you can find somewhere to home them, It's best to humanely euthanize them by freezing within the first couple hours of them being laid. Your incubator will not work, because the eggs will get overheated and dry out.

Step1:Get a bowl/small bin with a lid Step2: Buy a humidity Gauge (just so you can check the humidity in the hide this is optional) Step3:Buy moss either Sphagnum Moss or Zoo Med All Natural Terrarium Moss (both work really well) Step4:Cut a whole (door) in the bowl/bin and get a wet paper towel lay it down on the bottom of the bowl/bin Step5:Put the moss in and spray it then put the top on with the humidity gauge inside and check in about 30Min's if its Reading 80% or more humidity in there.BOOM BAM! You have a humid hide (home made) Step 6: put it in the enclosure and let your leopard gecko's enjoy! Side note Spray the hide twice a week and change out the moss every two weeks to a month(Don't want any molding now do we!)

Q:Our Leopard Gecko has laid 4 eggs. The first two were infertile the second two were fine at first then one started to grow mold and collapse inward after about a week. After this egg died she laid her last one and it is starting to do the same I reduced the amount of water but it doesn't seem to be doing any better. What am I doing wrong? We have a homemade incubator. Which is a plastic deli cup filled with vermiculite sitting on top of a sponge on a heating pad (the sponge helps to keep it at a constant temp). There is a humidity Gage inside and it is always around 90% and the temp has stayed at around 80'. What should the humidity be at? And is this setup all wrong it seems to keep the conditions right but my eggs keep dying.: Use a commercial mixture that is well drained, water twice a day until you start to see good root growth then ease off to every third day with the water.
