Application scope

Metal melting, heat penetration, hot forging, heat preservation, metal quenching, annealing, normalizing and tempering.


Function Structure

The series IGBT medium/superaudio frequency induction heating power supply adopts AC-DC-AC variable frequency power supply structure. The rectifier of the power supply adopts 3-phase thyristor rectifying. 12-pulse rectifier can be adopted for large power equipment (above 1000kW) to decrease grid side harmonic current. The inverter adopts high voltage large power IGBT module to form inverter power unit, to realize large power output through the superposition of inverter power unit. The inverter realizes impedance matching and electric isolation through matching transformer. The resonant tank circuit adopts serial resonance, which needs independent design for different load heating.

The whole unit of equipment is composed of serial induction heating power supply, resonant tank circuit, circulation soft water cooling system, console (optional), automatic control system (optional).


Technical Features

     Ø Perfect structure design

1.Integration design of switchgear rectifying cabinet and inverter output cabinet, with compact structure and small size.

2.Power combination of the inverter bridge is accomplished by the way of power unit superposition, which is convenient for installation and repair. Each IGBT power unit is designed to be 100kW or 200kW. Inverter output adopts matching transformer to realize electric isolation of power supply and load with high security and reliability of power supply.

3.With high voltage and small current of inductor, the whole heating efficiency of power supply is higher than parallel power supply.

1.    Resonant tank circuit mode is an independent design as per users actual requirement with convenient and flexible site layout.

2.    High standard electromagnetism compatibility design, electromagnetism radiation meets national standard. Closed cabinet design, meeting rigor environmental requirements on site.

 

Ø Full digital control system

1. 3-phase rectifier adopts high cost performance MCU controlling to realize precise synchronism trigger with high control precision and small grid-side non characteristic harmonic.

2. Resonant inverter adopts CPLD to form full-digital control system that is characterized by their automatic constant angle, high phase-lock precise and wide scope of phase-lock.

3. Adopt inverter side PSM power adjustment technology with strong load adaptability and easy impedance matching. The grid side power coefficient≥0.92 and harmonic content is the relatively lowest.

4. The power supply has perfect protection function with reliable working and low failure rate.
