Q:I have just purchased a new Nintendo WiFi USB connector. Everything installed fine, and when I bring it up and try to connect with my DS the program shows that it recognizes my DS and the Setupis complete. But when the connection test starts, it shows three green bars on my DS and on my computer and all looks good until it stops and says Error Code: 52003, Unable to obtain IP Address. The tech support online is no help. Is my having Windows Vista causing this? I thought that if it weren't compatible that the program wouldn't have installed at all. Anyway, what should I do?

i also hav 1 but i hav an xp so maybe it is just the vista, try re-installing and if at your last attempt it still doe'snt work check all the sites for problems or even call them if they hav a # if not i gess u hav to return and not have wi-fi

Q:I have a 20 pin connector that connects to the motherboard and then I have a 4 pin (square) connector that connects to the motherboard. What does the 4 pin connector power. I'm trying to see if the PSU is any good. I have another PSU but it does not have the square 4 pin connector on it.from older unit and was going to see if I could try it out to power unit.

The 4-pin 12V ATX power connector (yellow and black wires) powers the processor on more recent motherboards. These motherboards will not boot if there is no power on that 4-pin connector. Processor will not power up. Old processors consumed less power. They were just powered from the +5V circuit on motherboard. Thus, old motherboards as well as old power supplies did not have the 4-pin 12V ATX power connector. Motherboards for newer high wattage processors (125-135W) usually have the 8-pin EPS 12V connector.

Q:I have a 95 camaro. It is obd1 but it has a 16 pin connector. I tried the paper clip thin on spots 5 and 6 but it didnt flash any codes? can anyone help me?

94 and 95 cars that are equipped with the 16 pin OBD2 style connector have built in +12v power coming off of pin 16 and ground coming off of pin 5. The 8192 baud serial data comes off of pin 9 in these connectors. but most likely you'll have to take it to like autozone or your mechanic to have it read

I know of somebody who had a similar situation and I believe she used one of the USB connectors and got it working (after a bit of fudging it.) As where to get it, I'm not sure where to tell you exactly since stores vary a lot by area, but like there should be a Best Buy, Gamestop, Walmart, etc in your area. Something should have it. Just call around. Also, if your Circuit City in your area hasn't fully liquidated yet, could always see if they do and get one on sale. Unless somebody can 100% tell you yes or no though, I'd call Nintendo support. There should be a number in one of those 100s of books they give you with DS cames lol

Q:I am in the process of building a CC cage for my Guinea Pig. I was hoping I wouldn't run out of connectors, but of course, did. Is there anywhere I can purchase extra connectors? (Please, not online, too much for shipping.) If not, would cable ties do the job?

In terms of extra connectors I have seen packs of connectors at both Bunnings (hardware store) and Target, so you may want to look there. Otherwise cable tyres/zip ties will do the job, make sure that you pull them as tight as you can, sometimes using pliers can help to achieve this purpose.

Q:I noticed that the plastic piece that holds the flat ribbon cable in place is broken. I have been having problems with some of the letters on the keyboard not working so I took the computer apart and found that the connector was missing a piece and was wondering if this could be the problem and just how difficult this would be to replace?

Q:Am located in India. I have a dell inspiron laptop and an old AIWA tv. I got a VGA to RCA connector which outputs through 3 pins ( red, gree, blue ).My laptop's VGA output port is of 15 pins( 5 pins 3 rows ), commonly known as - DE15F.Once I log into Windows vista in my laptop, i connect the cable to my TV, which has 3 inputs ( red, yellow and white ). I put the red pin in the red input and gree/blue pin to the yellow input and blue/green to the white input. The moment I do this, the display resolution in my laptop switches from 1024x768 to 800x600 automatically and I get a very hazy, happ-hazzered black and white display in my TV. Is this a problem because am using an obsolete TV ? Do I need to do something in my laptop to get this fixed ?

it sounds more like an issue with the cable, when i used S-video to RCA it was black and white due to a problem with the cable

Q:I was working on my car the other day with my brother, trying to figure it why it failed emissions when we noticed that a couple of the connectors were burnt. I think my brother said they were the idle valve control connectors, or something like that. So I was just wondering if these are important at all to the car or if they affect it in any way. The connectors are burnt, gone, definitely won't work anymore and I can't seem to find a place to buy them anywhere. I went to the dealership but they don't sell the connectors separately, so I would spend about 500+ for the whole system all for just for 2 connectors. So could this be a possible cause for failing emissions or a lack of power? The car runs okay, its just lacking a lot of power. I already changed the basic things like spark plugs hoses etc, and if it fails again I'm changing the catalytic converter but I'm a little worried now that it might just be these connectors. Any help is appreciated.

If it is a 6 pin connector that is the same as the Maximas from 1998 to 2002 then I had some special made for my repair shop in doing the common IACV repairs. Search ' Nissan Six Pin Pigtail ' on OKorder. Thought this may help you.
