- I've never came across something called resin spray. There are a number of sprays which are used to coat something, but none would work to preserve a flower. A flower contains a high percentage of water. If that water evaporates and does not get substituted with anything else the flower will lose it's shape and wilt. There is nothing you can coat a flower with so it won't wilt. If you use something with a solvent it will kill the flower even sooner and also affect the color.

- If the sculpture is made out of resin there is nothing which will dissolve only the epoxy resin and not the resin statue. Depending on the plastic some organic solvents dissolve it, but the solvents are usually toxic (and cancerogenic) and the process would be very messy - and dissolve everything indiscriminately. If you want to take a saw to it, then any sawblade which is not wide should work. Probably a scroll saw or a jewelers saw would work. Though of course you can also saw into the resin.
