Q:Hello,I am planning to buy a wireless keyboard and a mouse . Do wireless keyboards use batteries if we're not using them and what you say is it advisable to buy cauz for few days ill b using it and wat minimum range it ll give me.Regards,Rahul
as long as i know it all depends on the keyboard you buy, id it has illuminated buttons then it will use the battery more and yes they keyboards use the battery all the time when the computer is on, but if its off it doesn't. even though keyboards don't use much power and you don't need to replace the batteries very often. the range will vary from the models and makes. id suggest you something simple since (i guess) you're starting with the wireless tech accessories. id suggest something from Logitech, this brand have never failed me and it is a fair price for value.
Q:I know it has a slide out keyboard but does it have one on the screen too in case you don't want to use th slide out one?
Yes!!
Q:I think gaming keyboards are very expensive. Is there anything to it besides Backlid keys / Programmable keys. Because i do not need any special stuff i simply dont care. Is this the only reason people get gaming keyboards?? Should i just go with a normal keyboard instead. Or will that hurt my gaming performance. ( Once again i am not talking about programmable keys and stuff ) but response time maybe. Can anyone recommend me a good non-gaming keyboard for below 20 ?
A gaming keyboard won't make your K/D better, don't worry. If you don't care about gimmicks just about any keyboard will do. I'd advise not getting a REALLY cheap one though, they tends to break fairly quickly. Logitech make good stuff, and not to expensive either.
Q:i got a new wireless mouse and keyboard and i installed it and everything after a month later thed mouse broke for some reason and now i want to you my old mouse and keyboard which came with my computer and when i plug my old mouse and keyboard in it wont work, i even took the usb plug out so the wireless mouse and keyboard wont work and i plugged in the old one and it still wont work.
take completely the old usb thing which connects to your wireless mouse and keyboard. Uninstall the software too by going to add/remove programs or look for the wireless mouse/keyboard software in the all programs list when you click start. reboot the pc after doing this. Make sure that you plug the new keyboard and mouse into the correct ps2 ports on the back of the pc. Reboot and then they should work. Failing that then go to startcontrol panelsystemhardwaredevice manager then click on the + next to the mouse and keyboard then click uninstall. Then reboot either by rebooting normally or by holding the reboot button in on the pc
Q:What is the definition of the keyboard?
According to the application of the general classification can be divided into desktop keyboard, laptop keyboard, industrial computer keyboard, dual control keyboard, ultra-thin keyboard five categories.
Q:I was chatting with a friend online when suddenly my keyboard went insane. When I'd press I it would immediately go to the beginning of the sentence and leave 'iurw' behind. So instead of living it would be 'liuwf' And when I'd press K it would close the window that was currently on top. I didn't do anything before this happened and I have no idea how to fix it I restarted my laptop but it's still going crazy. Does anybody know how to fix this? Also, my laptop is Windows 7.Thank you!
replace okorder
Q:Shell structure of the keyboard
The material is pressed, some high-quality keyboard at the bottom of the thick steel plate to increase the keyboard texture and rigidity
Q:I used a wetwipe to clean my acer's keyboard. I started to use it and i worked fine, except most of the keys did not work or typed the wrong keys. Help me! What should i do?
Because it is acer. Cheap crap
Q:I am doing intro to computer as an elective and need info on the keyboard
The invention of the modern computer keyboard began with the invention of the typewriter. Christopher Latham Sholes patented the typewriter that we commonly use today in 1868. The Remington Company mass marketed the first typewriters starting in 1877. A few key technological developments created the transition of the typewriter into the computer keyboard. The teletype machine, introduced in the 1930s, combined the technology of the typewriter (used as an input and a printing device) with the telegraph. Elsewhere, punched card systems were combined with typewriters to create what was called keypunches. Keypunches were the basis of early adding machines and IBM was selling over one million dollars worth of adding machines in 1931. Early computer keyboards were first adapted from the punch card and teletype technologies. In 1946, the Eniac computer used a punched card reader as its input and output device. In 1948, the Binac computer used an electromechanically controlled typewriter to both input data directly onto magnetic tape (for feeding the computer data) and to print results. The emerging electric typewriter further improved the technological marriage between the typewriter and the computer.
Q:I know how to open the keyboard by just tapping the box. But I want a button to open the keyboard when there is no box to type in. Any help?
Go to the Play Store and install Hacker's Keyboard, and change your default keyboard. To be able to open it anywhere, you go into the settings for the keyboard and check the box for 'permanent notification'. It will then keep an entry in the notifications which you can tap to bring up the keyboard at any point.
