Q:Below loft is a bedroom and that has wet patches on the ceiling. What is causing this?: Whoever installed the windows and/or skylight (sounds like a skylight or roof window to me) didn't install them properly. Same goes with the roof. Call back your contractors and have them fix the job.

Q:So we really need new windows, a new roof, new appliances, and want to redo the bathroom. Obviously windows and roof are more important then the other two! Q:My contractor installed the windows before the roof was complete and now we are up for 24 hours of rain. My pella windows are pine clad and I am concerned that rain will stain the wood and will show up during staining and sealing process. What can I do to make sure this does not happen? Should I contact Pella to make sure that my butt is covered? We have 35 windows, all are wood clad interior/metal clad exterior. I have taken pictures all along the way and so everything is and will be documented in pictures. Q:Okay so in my bathroom I have a window that's up above the toilet. Outside of it there's a drop down onto the roof where it slightly slanted. I've begun to climb out the window and just sit on the roof and look out. Helps so much with my depression. Problem is, my parents don't know about it and they would kill me if I did. I always leave the window open and the bathroom door locked so I can just yell inside something like I'm going to the bathroom and they would leave it be. It's a very safe roof, I've climbed onto it in the rain at midnight and was out there for hours and I'm fine. Q:a section about 6 inches wide. Is this rust starting underneath? It's a 2004 Toyota Corolla. I think it may need to be stripped down to the bare metal. Has anyone had this? It's the original factory (black) paint.: you are correct, its rust starting underneath, and it would need sanded down to bare metal where the rust is, then primed in that area, if its the roof then the whole roof needs repainted. theres no way to only paint a small area and make it look good. its a cheap fix, probably 250-400 bucks. which when it comes to body work, is cheap
