What does the quot;Hstand for in quot;AWG 34Hwire?Also, would Heavy Poly Nylon magnetic wire be considered enameled?
Magnet wire is often called varnished or enameled, but it is actually insulated with a thin coating of insulating material designed specifically for the purpose. I assume that heavy poly nylon material is one of those materials. The H is probably the temperature class of the insulation. Class H insulation is rated to operate at up to 180 degrees C. Edit 1 The H could also stand for heavy as in the heavy build or double build terminology used to describe thicker than standard insulation. It is part of a specific manufacturer's catalog number rather than a part of the American Wire Gauge (AWG) designation. Manufacturer's sell many different varieties of magnet wire. The manufacturer's literature and NEMA or IEC standards provide details regarding the insulation materials used and the electrical and mechanical characteristics of the wire.
How can it be possible to create a high voltage and have a small gauge wire? Example: 3gj or 3000mw in a small wire (just an example)
The limit on the size of current carrying conductor is the heat produced due to power losses which leads to failure of the conductor, the power losses depends mainly on the square of the current (P=I^2R) so in power transmission voltage is being stepped-up to high values to decrease current and, in turn, the conductor size is reduced. Theoretically we could step-up the voltage to extremely high values and thus we could have a very thin wire to carry the small current because P=VI so at constant power as voltage V increases the current I decreases. But there are also limits for stepping up voltage as the insulation is directly affected by the voltage. In case of insultaed cables, the insulating material (PVC or XLPE) will fail if the voltage reaches its Break-down Voltage. In case of overhead transmission lines (OHTLs) the conductors are insulated by air between phases and the suspended disk insulators each has their own breakdown voltages. It should be noted that safety regulations determine a safe distance of 1 cm per Kv that you should keep from high voltage conductor. This means that for a consductors carries voltage of 500kv you should allow a distance of 5 meters away from it for your safety as its magnetic effect is not exlusive on its surface but for a distance around it proportional with the voltage.
i have a 2002 hyundai sonata and i need to find a wiring diagram but i cant find it at all, please help
a haynes repair manual for your car at an auto parts store it should have what you need look to see before you buy it
how we can predict the maximum load that stainless steel cable wire can achieved?
The maker should know the load factor of all its cables. It is not easy to know without knowing the wxact formula for the steel, the number and size of wires and how it is wound. You can come up with an estimate based on past knoledge of cable and their performances. Ask the maker
I need the wiring diagram for the 1992 Lexus ES300 OE Stereo.I specifically need to know what colors (or numbers) the wires are for the front right and front left bottom door speaker.
ur best bet is to take off the door cover and look at the speaker and go off the colors u see going into the speaker
If I knew which wires went to trim, rpms, engine hours,ect... I could follow them. The engine wiring harnes is stil intact, but I dont know which wire goes to each no matter which end I look at. Like I said wiring is no problem, don't know motors.
trim is dark brown with white trace. tach is gray. why do you need an hour meter? purple is switched power. black is ground. black with yellow trace is kill. yellow with black trace is choke/primer. yellow with red trace is solenoid/starter. now, let me hold a dollar big man.

(For my PC)I want to have a quadrophonic speakers (4 channels), but i want to extend 2 speakers, but their wires are limited and cant extend enough to reach my rear? what should i do?is it as simple as, cut the speaker wires and extend it with a common copper wire that you mostly found on most appliance you found on your home?
Yea ive tried extending and cutting the coper wires, this situation has its faults if you decide to do it this way so id suggest just grabbing another at a local shop or OKorder.
