I have a 7.2 volt 4200mah flat battery pack made by proboat, and it will not work. When i try to charge it just beeps, and when I run it the battery has no power. Do you have an idea what is wrong?

Could just be old. Sounds similar to the battery packs used in my construction tools, or even my computer/cell phone. When I bought my iPhone, I checked with a battery shop (Batteries Plus - national chain). They said most batteries are good for about 400 to 500 recharge cycles. Excessive heat or cold damages them. Take it to a Batteries Plus or similar battery specialty shop for testing. They can tell you what's going on, and probably sell you a replacement for less than most places. They've been much cheaper for batteries for my Paslode tools, and for the laptop PCs.

i would go with rechargable AA batteries from amazon. go with Eneloop by Sanyo. GREAT BATTERIES. a 4 pack and charge will run about $20. you these for your wireless controller. the xbox battery pack is good but overtime will lose its charge. iv had mine now for about a year and a half and the battery last half as long as it used to and i honestly dont play my xbox that much. plus you will be able to use the batteries for multiple things unlike the xbox battery pack.

I have a red controller, I want to buy a new rechargeable batter pack. I bought the red controller like the week it came out, so I have used it a lot. Now I have to charge it like every 2-3 hours and that is getting pretty annoying. i bought mine at best buy and i don't think there's a red one but i bought two black ones (sold together) and they are great. I mean i can play for a couple days and they wont die. It also only takes an hour to fully charge both of them
