- Bench tested altinator,it's good,new batteries,new belts,checked fuses, still only 24.8 volts at the batteries.Should be around 28 volts with engine running. Display in opperators cab reads quot;charging problemquot;. Is there a relay I don't know about?
- yes yu may have an external regulator fitted , some times its under the seat , maye be elsewhere , might be near fuse box , should be bigger than a normal relay , will have alt written on it , probably black and plastic , yu can try and call dealer parts section and ask them if there's one on yur machine , yu will need serial number of coz , if its imported serial number wont be any good , is the charge indicator light on the control panel working , did yu check the fuses ?........ move them around in case there's a corroded connection , how many wires on back of alternator ?.......should be big red one , and at least one small one ( signal wire ) make sure this is ok , make sure wiring harness from engine to chassis is ok , yu might find wiring diagramm on internet , this will show external reg , are there any small wires connected to the big ht ( high tension ) wire on the battery ?.......is there an inline fuse fitted there ?? .....is corrosion a problem with any part of the harness ? dont be afraid to cut open the harness with a box cutter knife if yu think yu have a problem , its ok it wont bleed , just retape back together in a proffesional manner when checked out ,

Comparatively newer backhoes like the 2011 Case 580SN lists at around $98k while a 2008 Case 580M II goes for around $39k. So, unless you're going for older models like a 2002 or 2005, the cost of a brand new backhoe from 2011 or 2012 can very easily run in the range of $90k-100k. If you're operating a backhoe, remember that you can either choose to rent it for the duration of your work, or simply go for a model that's 3-4 years old. You really won't notice much difference, plus you'll save an appreciable chunk of cash. I myself operate two backhoes: 2008 Deere 310J and 2005 Allmand Bros TLB220 models.

- Direct burial must be 24 or more deep, otherwise conduit is required. That's a lot of ditching, overhead would probably be easier. Be sure to use 'UV rated' insulation on the cable, not indoor stuff. If you really intend to draw 100A., ( I doubt that), and are going over 100' you'd better use 1/0 copper cable. If you're just buying a standard 100A panel for the number of circuits to feed a small workshop, #2 should be OK. Any outlets need GFIs. (You will need to drive a ground rod at the garage and bond it to the panel ground. The garage panel has to have a single main disconnect or C.B. regardless of the breaker protecting the feeder cable. (Feeds to separate buildings are treated as services in this respect.)

- Down the side of the track frame there will be a small access panel! There should be a grease nipple inside! Unscrew the nipple and take it off! Then push the idler wheel inwards with the bucket of the machine! The idler is the one without teeth! This should close the wheel enough to put the track back on! Once the track is back on lift that side of the machine with the bucket and replace the grease nipple then just pump up the track with a grease gun!
