Pattern Charcteristics:

1. Streamline directional pattern

Excellent water evacuation to break the water film and improve wet performance. Good high speed stability and good braking performance

2.Central rib Silient wall and pitch arrangement

Central reduces the friction between the rubber moleculars to decrease energy and hence reduce rolling resistance.

3.Special shoulder block grooves

The specail design with sipes at the shoulder block effectively reduces the shoulder heat generation and resonance during tire rolling.

4.wide longitude grooves

4 wide longitudinal grooves to enhance water evactuation on wet roads, prevent side slips and improve traction bu well-designed angle.

5.Anti-unenen-wear shoulder strip

2 anti-uneven-wear strips at the shoulder in order to stabilize tire profile and ensure sufficient shoulder support and stability at high speed cornering.

3. Pictures of SHANDONG FENGYUAN TIRE

welcome to visit our company!

Q:I live in Quebec so studs are legal and winter tires are mandatory by law from Dec 15 - March 15. Our old set of winter tires lasted us 3 seasons and we‘re considering getting (new) studded tires next winter.Do the studs provide extra life for your tires? My husband was told they can last 2 years longer because once the studs are gone you still have a decent winter tire. Is this true? Can a tire be re-studded? Or once the studs are gone are you just driving around on nubs?
No, they do not last 2 years longer, and no, tires can't be re-studded. Whoever told your husband they last longer obviously believe the car rides totally on the studs until they are worn out. Because the tire flexes, it still rides on the rubber, but the studs grip the ice. Thank goodness they do, otherwise the car would slide all over on dry pavement. There will be some life left in the tire after the studs are worn, but another 2 years is impossible unless you believe less than 4/32 or less winter tread is adequate (it isn't). 2/32 is legal, but, seriously, anything under 4/32 has limited grip on snow, and not enough depth to force slush and water out of the way. Tires can't be restudded because, as the tire wears, the minimum depth to hold the studs is no longer there. The end of the old stud would also still be in the hole. The labour to take all them out would probably be twice the cost of a new tire, even if you found a shop that would consider doing it. I also takes a special tool to remove them. It may be a moot point anyway, because Quebec is likely to change the law to require studded tires, maybe in 2 years, but possibly next year. So make your next set studded. If you don't, and they bring in the change after you have driven on non-studded tires for a winter, you will be buying new again, because used tires can't be studded. The little holes fill with crud and then the studs can't be inserted.
Q:Buy the car when the original car replacement standard, Michelin four seasons tire, on the garage idle for 4 years, now can use it? Rubber will not be aging
It is recommended to look at whether the tire under the tire aging phenomenon (for example: the tread groove or the bead there are numerous small cracks) need to replace the tire in time, whether new or old tires are not recommended to use The.
Q:I just found a nail stuck in the tire of my truck. It‘s down, between the tread, not in the thicker part. It‘s not losing air so should I leave it alone or should I pull the nail and plug the tire. Also, if I plug the tire, does that shorten the life span of the tire?
Yes plug nail out and shove a plug in. I have used plugs in tires for the last 15 years and never ad a prob. I don't know what all this BS about don't use plugs is about. I guess something else to save us from our selfs, or the fact alot of people now are morons with no common sense and can't install a plug right. Oh well, to each their own. For me I will keep plugging nail holes in all of my street tires
Q:Im in need of a new set of tires. I have an 05 Laredo 4x4 v6, do you have any suggestions? Thanks
2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Tires
Q:Does anyone know, under normal circumstances, how long it would take a tire to dry rot? I bought a used car, and found out immediately that the tires were dry rotted. The car is only 2 years old, and tires are up to $225/ea. I want to know if I have a fight against the dealership. I had the BMW dealership (not where I bought it) and Pep Boys inspect the tires, and both concluded that they were dry rotted, and losing air because of that fact.
Take it to a tire store and have them pull the DOT manufacturer date code off the side it will tell you exactly how old the tires are. If the tires have been expose to some chemicals they can and will prematurely degrade the tires. I have seen some tires less than six months old dry rot. They have usually been of less than the best quality to start with or were blems or old stock.
Q:Anyone know where to get a great prices on New Tires in Seattle?
I don't know about in Seattle proper, but if you run north to Blaine there is a tire shop called Border Tire that has some very good prices. In Seattle, look at Walmart, Les Schwabs, and Discount Tire. From what I hear, Discount Tire carries some tires that are seconds, or blems. Blems have something not quite up to standard about them, I have not been able to see it most of the time, but they sell for alot less and are just as good a tire, they will not release anything unsafe from the factory. Sams Club and Costco are good as well, if you have a membership. If you are not looking for a special tire they might have what you need for reasonable. (specialLoad Rated, Speed Rated, Touring, etc.) Call around, check prices. Make sure you get a price that is complete. Schwabs is good about quoting that way, installation, stems, balancing, and disposal. Some of the others are not as good if you do not ask for it. I point this out because you are asking for great prices, so I assume money is.limited if not tight.
Q:Does anybody know whether the 2004 Tacoma TRD tires are better off road than regular tires?I have regular tires on there now but if the TRD tires that come on it are better off road than regular tires then I am going to purchase a set of the TRD tires to put back on it. Please let me know.
The TRD tires were probably BFGoodrich Rugged Trails as opposed to the Dunlop Grandtrek regular tires. The Rugged trails do have more more agressive tread and are a slightly larger size. The Rugged Trails are decent trail tires but they are not sought-after as replacements. The Grandreks or similar handle many types of trails well, especially if you have the electric rear differential locker. I would certainly try them on the types of trails you like to use and see how they do. Replacing tires is expensive--I would only swap them out if a change is really needed. If you decide you do need a more trail-biased tire, there are many tire choices that would likely be more satisfying than the Rugged Trails. The BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A, Yokohama Geolander AT, General Grabber A/T, Kumho Road Venture AT and similar tires have better trail grip than the Rugged Trails while maintaining good road handling characteristics. You could also go with a radial mud tire for even more aggressive tread. Tires such as the BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain KM or KM2, Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac and others are very well-suited for off-road conditions and are still fairly quiet and well-mannered on the street.
Q:How to build a large car tires
not so good
Q:Which number in the tire size determines the profile of the tire...and is the smaller the number the lower profile
they all determine but the first number is how tall the tire is the second is how wide..the wheel size bigger the wheel smaller the profile.... the last is the size of wheel.... whats the size of tire you working with.... here try this site you can put in your info and get a somewhat of what you need
Q:i need to find cheapish Mud terrain tires. Where is a cheap place to get them?
motorcycle tyres are sized by different means Old inch (gives outer dia and wheel size+width) mainly used for antique applications New inch (gives wheel size and tyre aspect ratio+width +plies) second most common Alpha numeric (uses letters to designate size+aspect ratio+load range) Old metric (used mainly on dirt bikes but also some street) New metric (gives size in MM+aspect ratio+wheel size in inches+load rating+speed rating) most commonly used system
