Q:i bought the limited edition red controller that came with the play and charge kit thing mid to late last year. recently my 360 red ringed :( but i got it back a few weeks ago, but since i couldn't play it my battery pack just died inside of it (i thnk i only had 2 cells left in it). but i have been playing with it plugged in to the 360 like i did when i would charge it. everything else works fine, but i don't know if maybe a few months from now if i should buy a new battery pack, switch to using real batteries, or just keep doing what i've been doing for the last couple of weeks.
Been doing the same thing for over two years now and hasn't affected the controller Take the battery pack out when not in use otherwise it will leak and corrode the terminals
Q:i lost my battery pack for my xbox360 controller
Was it a play and charge kit cause you can just use the cable and controller to play without a battery pack
Q:I am building an Xbox 360 Laptop, and obviously it can't always be plugged in :P. Where would I be able to find a rechargeable battery to kick out at least 175W, 12V, and 42A (DC current)? Ideas and suggestions are also welcome!
You will not find one tp fit any machine. this is far too high a load . In act the only batteries capable of this kind of output would be lead acid, as in small car batteries. I don't think they will fit in the case. And can not be safely carried due to acid spillage risks.
Q:I have that cable from the plug and play charge kit. I was wondering if the cable recharged regular batteries or only the battery packs
No that wouldn't work
Q:I need to build a battery pack that will last a min 2hrs to power a motor through a speed controller. The motor will be run at the slowest speed possible.Motor Specifications:? Torque: 12.0kg/cm? Rated Voltage: 12.0V? Operating: 4.5 - 18V max? Current - No load: 70mA? Current - Full load: 1380mA? Gear Ratio:
You need to do two things to work this out as you have not provided enough detail. Step one: Determine average motor current over the two hour period. Step two: Calculate the required AH (amp hour) rating required for the batteries. Step one: connect an ammeter to the supply side of the speed controller. Run the motor at the speed you require. Measure the current. (lets assume 300mA) Step two: Battery Capacity. Lets say you need 3 hours run time. 300mA * 3 hours 900mAhours required. Check the AH rating of your batteries. (lets assume they are 450mAH rated) Building the battery pack: You neeed 8 batteries in series to get the required 12V. But if you did this you would only have a 450mAH rated battery pack. You need to double that, so put another 8 batteries in series. That will give you 900mAH which is what you require. (total 16 batteries) If you have 900mAH batteries you would only need 8. If you have 450mAH battaries you would need 16 (two parallel lots of 8) If you have 100mAH batteries you would need 72 batteries (9 parallel lots of 8)etc If you have 1800mAH batteries you will still need 8 to get the required voltage, but the motor will run aproximately twice as long as with the 900mAH solutions. Hope this helps!
Q:I have a 12v monitor and a 12v spy camera could I hook them up to a 12v battery pack with a dc splitter, or would there be issues. But I also have a 8v spy camera, is there a easy way to hook it up to a 9v battery?
You need a 12 v pack with enough current to operate them both for some period of time. So you need to know how much current they use in a given hour. They should spec their power usage in watts. So you divide that by 12. That will give you their current draw for one hour. Then, if you want them to operate, say for 8 hours, you need a battery pack with an output of a little more than their total current drain over that time. Say they draw 1 watt each, so that is 16 watts over 8 hours. 16 w/12 v is 1.33 amp/hours. So, in this case, you would want a battery pack capable of at least 1.5 amp/hours. The 8 volt unit is much the same. You need to know it's current drain per hour and then you need a 9 v battery with a high enough amp/hour output to run it for how long it will be on. A simple small 9 v battery won't have enough power to even turn it on, much less, run it for any time at all. You would be better off to use the 12 v supply (if big enough) to run all 3 and just use a current limiting resistor in the 8 v line.
Q:I want to know which battery packs will last longer before being recharged again. I don't want to know that it's better to buy the play and charge, because I already have a cable. so what mA/h will last longer the 2100 mAh, the 3600 or the 4100, or the 4800?
the controllers save the price for a lengthy time period. i do not use one as oftentimes as the different and it lasts for months. i take advantage of the controller for some hours a week and characteristic a play and value kit
Q:Hi!Is there a LONGER LASTING *NIKON LITHIUM ION BATTERY PACK EN-EL10*?????? THanks!

Q:I have a Canon Rebel T3i and an extended battery pack I want to keep on my camera. I tug and tug and tug to get it out of my current bag. (Some reason it goes in easily) A case logic, with a top opening to slide in the camera lens for separate keeping with my base. I typically keep a 18-200mm as my walk around lens, and would love to keep that attached as well. It's pretty much impossible to see if any cameras have battery packs on, in images provided while I online bag shop. Any bag I buy MUST be zip shut to keep out dust and dirt! Thank You!
Multi-Pocket Oxford Cloth Bag with Compass for 10 Laptop/DSLR Camera - Black from any sopping you can purchase you will get so many sites if you search the google.
Q:I have a battery pack for a wireless speaker that has died, and I don't know who made the speaker. Can I just open the pack and replace the batteries inside with the same mAh rechargeable batteries?
Yeah, it's just rubber around two batteries with leads coming from them, right? Replace the batteries and re-attach the leads.
