What is your minimum order quantity?
In general, we don't have MOQ, but in boom season, we hope you order one container.
What’s your payment term?
We generally accept telegraphic transfer, 30% down payment and the balance before delivery.
We also accept L/C at sight, D/P, western union, depending on your order amounts and pricing terms and credibility.
Do you accept customized design?
Yes, OEM is welcomed. We could make also your logo or with your hand tag and carton printing, etc.
What's your guarantee for the quality?
Usually one year after shipment against manufacturing defect, but our furniture can be used for more than 10 years when properly maintained.
What are the materials?
Our rattan furniture is woven by hand with environment-friendly PE rattan on strong powder-coated metal or aluminum structure with soft cushions and pillows. The cushions are usually replaceable and washable.
1)PE Rattan/PVC Rattan/Poly Rattan/Synthetic Rattan: durable and UV and weather resistant
-- Round Rattan is usually more durable than flat rattan and more expensive.
-- Plenty of rattan colors are available for selection and the well-received colors are listed as follows: Changing Brown, Charcoal, Dark Brown, Cream, Beige, Grey, White, etc.
-- Rattan Size: Our common round rattan diameter: 2.4mm, 2.5mm, 2.9mm, 3mm, 3.3mm, etc. Our common flat rattan width: 6, 8, 10, 12 mm, etc.
2) Structure/Framework: Top Graded and powder-coated
--Strong metal structure is adopted if not asked. Aluminum structure can also be made at a higher cost. Aluminum structure is lighter in weight.
3) Cushions and pillows: water-proof and with zipper, replaceable and washable

- Steam cleaning will bring it back. You can either have it professionally done, rent a steam cleaner, or do it yourself if you own a steam cleaner. Cotton is fine with steam cleaning. Always check your cleaning tag on your sofa first.

- Your leather is leaching color. Not good this could also rub off on your clothes. Call the manufacturer and inquire what you can treat the sofas with. On a pocketbook or shoes I treat them with a rub of vaseline then wipe clean.
- Q:My wife lives in the Philippines but im in the Army and had gotten her command sponsored to come with me to Korea.My question is can I apply her for a sofa visa in the us even though shes not a us citizen im not in Korea yet i leave oct 1st the passport office on post said that i could but im actually asking from somebody who's already done it ?
- She doesn't get a No Fee Passport as she is not an American Citizen. You need to contact the Korean Embassy/Consulate and request information on getting the necessary visa for her to be in Korea. It can require the Orders stating she has command sponsorship, her passport, marriage certificate as well. When that visa is granted she can fly to Korea after going through immigration and have her passport stamped. When that is done the paperwork is then submitted to have it changed to a SOFA stamp.

- Buy enough fabric plus a a bit more to completely cover the sofa, sew a hem all the way around the fabric after cutting off enough to sew a long strip that is going around the bottom of the sofa. This strip has to be wide enough to put elastic in so it depends on the size of elastic, I used the round elastic. Place fabric properly on sofa tucking in at cushions etc then put the strip with elastic half way down the bottom of the sofa all the way around. This will hold it all in place and look more like it has been recovered.

I want to learn how to build each type of section of a sectional sofa, like the corner piece, middle pieces, and even ottomans. Yet, the sofa gains only 100 joules of kinetic energy; it’s not moving too fast at the top of the ramp. A) How is this possible? B) Is energy conservation violated here? Please explain.Thanks
