Introduction:

The first horizontal biomass boiler in China    Brand:  HUAYUAN

High-end product---Longxiao series A, B, C

Technical features:

By the great effort, HUAYUAN has developed the first biomass boiler without grate. There are three kinds of hot water boilers as following:

Longxiao Series A: blue touchscreen control system, burning any biomass fuel without dark smoke.

Longxiao Series B: colorful touchscreen control system. motor frequency control system. drain the coked fuel in the combustion procession. burning all coked biomass fuel.

Longxiao Series C: large colorful touchscreen control system. intelligent control system, internet control system. drain the coked fuel in the combustion. burning all coked biomass fuel.

Characteristics:

1. Different from tradition vertical boiler, any parts of boiler could be checked and repaired. Even the fire pipes in the boiler could be replaced without boiler disassembled.

2. HUAYUAN adopts world leading patent combustion system. Boilers without grate will need no more grate transporting to solve coked fuel burning problem.

3. High temperature in the hearth could be controlled to make sure that temperature is enough high to do biomass pyrolysis gasification and complete combustion. With specially designed

airflow spraying, tar will not be attached to the hearth after long time combustion and pipes will not be blocked by the attached tar, it will do little effect on the boiler's efficiency after long                 time using, this is what users will neglect. Long-time energy saving is what matters.

4. As store is directly connected to the hearth, many biomass boilers catch fire easily. Applying anti-back fire structure and back-flow prevention device, so that only biomass fuel can be put  into hearth, high temperature airflow can't flow into bunker. We are equipped with safety fire protection device, even when the back-flow  prevention device fails, automatic monitoring feeding system will start to force high temperature into hearth. Boiler will stop working only after cleaning all the fuels.

5. Change the traditional boiler feeding way, decrease the feeding height of bunker, increase the capacity, reduce the labor strength.

6. Traditional biomass boiler only monitor output water temperature, Longxiao series adopts touchscreen control system, clients can monitor the parameters of temperature of input water, output water, smoke, fuels in bunker, combustion in hearth etc. After the change of relevant data, it will timely remind the user of maintenance, so that to allow user to get more information about running status and energy-saving data.

7. First one to apply internet control system in biomass fuel industry, you can monitor the boiler everywhere with internet.

8. Under intelligent control, boiler will automatically operates from start-running-stop-restart. You could be an online boiler operator with high efficiency and 6 safety protection settings.

Q:Hi, can anyone tells me when we don't use the heater, do we need to turn off the gas boiler? Like during summer or warm time.
just turn your heat off at the thermostat. if you turn the boiler off completely you will have to have the pilot lit when you want to use it again. i have a gas for my heat and i only turn off my heat at the thermostats.
Q:it runs fine on central heating for about an hour, then cuts out. if u run the hot water then reset the same cycle will continue again. i have changed the thermister and am now think its the dhw hi limit stat. what resistance should i get from this hi limit stat when testing? could it be something else??
A lot of answers can be found with temperature sensors on the flow and return pipes. Sometimes definitive answers cannot be given without doing this sort of testing.
Q:A small home water heater (for heating) in a two story home what is the normal psi that it should have. I have a closed system running at about 15 psi and the pumps make noise. If I jack the psi up to 30 the noise goes away. What is the cause of this? I am thinking 15 psi is normal. I am thinking maybe the pump is going bad????
I just installed an exterior boiler for my house. Currently it runs (constant circulation pump) 15-18 lbs/sq. in. PSI @ 120-130 F. Mine has an air scoop which auto bleeds air from the line @ the CAT (captive air tank). You should double check the rating of the pressure/temp. safety relief valves, and verify the PSI/temp. are the correct rating for your system. I believe mine are 30/180, but if you have 2 on the system, they must match. Check operation by lifting the lever and bleed any air. Water should just be allowed to escape a bit, then seal when released. I have a dual circulating pump system: 110 Vac for normal conditions (with backup 110Vac motor pump combo): 12Vdc backup for emergency power failures. If you live in cold climes, don't take chances: keep an extra motor/pump at the ready, for fast swap out. Pump bearings are one component that can fail: sounds vary from squealing to grinding. Cavitation sounds are different; more like sloshing water. If bleeding all your lines does not cure the noise, you might want to replace the pump, done when you are ready for it, rather than wait for catastrophic failure a 'do it now or else' situation.
Q:It keeps showing a sign on the display like 2 straight lines and a line underneth i cannot fing it in manual and it is making a funny low sound
Im so sory i do not know i wish i could help you Hi i have had one of these boilers fitted the other day and even with the cupboard fitted over it its to loud, infact i have to keep turning it off because its driving me mad as i sleep in the next room, i have turned the thermostat down as low as possible to stop the heating from keep coming on in the summer which it still does i wish we never had it now I mean is it suposed to make this much noise ? why do the radiators keep coming on when i have it set to 5'o degrees ?
Q:we are cold with no heating or hot water, happened after bleeding the radiators to our flexicom boiler. first said F11 now F22. tried reset and turning temp right down, also checked outside laggin. what is happening please and can we resolve it without hassling the landlord? we have 3 young children who are freezing! can anyone help please.

Q:recently had repairs to the cost 560quid. Why is it that heating is ok but when we run a bath it runs hot for 5 secconds then goes of and then back on again sometimes it locks out and i have to keep resetting it it is a combi and its called ace high by halstead. should i invest in a new one. Also weve had this problem before and the engineer did fix it for a short while. He did say there was no guarantee thet what he did would rectifi. Never had problems before but could it be getting damage due to being in my garage??Thanks in advance
It could be several possibilities. One would be improper gas pressure. These type units generally have a gas pressure range and the high and low has to be set so the boiler knows the proper range. While doing central heating most units will be on high fire mode, but while making domestic water for showers and sinks and such the gas pressure would depend on the flow and temperature. If the low end pressure is not set properly the boiler may try to go below what is an adequate low fire pressure and may go off, and then have to re-lite. It could also be a flow problem. Most units have a minimum domestic water flow requirement to operate normally. If the flow were reduced by a dirty filter at the cold water inlet, the unit would fire and reach it's high temperature limit too soon and shut off, then some more cold water would flow through and it would re-lite and repeat the cycle of firing and shutting off. As for being in the garage, it would only be affected if it were susceptible to freezing and if it were not a sealed combustion unit. Meaning it got it's air for combustion from the room it was in as opposed to drawing air from outside. If the air for combustion were contaminated or there was not enough air, it would, of course, affect how it operated.
Q:How do you figure out the efficiency of a residential boiler system?
A boiler is the heating plant used to create hot water or steam for hydronic baseboard, radiant heat or steam radiator heating systems. Boilers can use a variety of fuels including natural gas, propane, oil or electricity. Steam boilers are more complex than hot water boilers and have special gauge glass, pressure gauges, blow off valves and automatic feeds. Hot water boilers can be small, compact, energy efficient and low maintenance.
Q:I recently move and my new apartment have center boiler heater. And I have put them next to the heater. So, I was just wondering is it ok for my birds or not. Also, there are acting well eating drinking and playing..
They should not be next to the boiler, there are many reasons for this. Most health issues. It can make it harder for them on their little lungs, it can cause them to dry out and lose their feathers. And so on. It could take months before seeing the damage, a damage that might be hard to undo. Place them across the room from the boiler instead. They'll live a longer life if you do so.
Q:Looking for the number of 600HP and greater natural gas-fired boilers in the US and worldwide? Any resources or help appreciated!!
Boilers aren't measured in horsepower. If you attached a steam engine to one, you'd measure that in HP. Boilers are often measured in BTU (British thermal units). Horsepower with steam engines is a measurement of BTU over time, with the rate dependent on the size and nature of the steam engine.
Q:We just got a new stove that as a back boiler (2days ago)and it is not heating the raidators hw long should it take for it to heat them
If its set up correctly your radiators should get warm at least in about an hour.
