- I'm not totally sure which your talking about, but its either the internal memory cards that you set up so that you can save ps2/ps games, or its the thing so that if you have a memory card adaptor to get old ps2/ps saves onto your ps3, it can read it. And the extra usb slots are for additional controllers/headsets/etc.

- well you can get a usb thumb drive instead of those cards. as long as it has a usb port it'll work. another way would be to purchase an external card reader. if you are refering to buying a card reader but the reader doesnt have the slot for your card you may need to track down a adapter for it. what card is it?

- First off, don't shout. Second, the card is probably bad. You shouldn't need extra drivers to read it. If you've tried to format it, then any information that may have been on the card before is gone. When it is installed in your phone you should have the capacity to format it. That way it will be set up for your phone. If it is still not readable, or if your phone is unable to format the card, try a different card. If that doesn't work, it's probably a problem somewhere between the chair and the device.
