Q:whats the best floor shine you can use on tiles: it really depends on what your after, you can go for a normal floor ploish, or wax. you can even use a good laquer, i use duranis 648 floor polish but that can be a bit over kill, more info is needed eg. what you want as a finish like wet finish, matt, etc.

Q:I am looking at installing a floating laminate floor in my house and would like any input on which type of flooring would be best since there are so many options. (ex: thickness, brand, COST, ease of installation, underlayment already attached vs laying underlayment, type of wood, etc...) I want the floor to look nice but I don't want to break the bank either. Plan on using 3/8&quot; slate or granite tiles: Slate and/or Granite can be layed directly over the concrete slab. If your floor is too cold to walk on, then consider installing a sub-floor.
