5. FAQ

1       Are CNBM pumps available in DIY stores?

Yes, currently, we’re available for DIY stores all over the world.

2       Where do I have to send pumps for service?

You must send them to the CNBM PUMP Service Point or, after contacting Customer Care, to the CNBM PUMP service center in China.

3       Are your pumps acid-proofed?

To choose the right pumps for chemical applications, we do need further details on hydraulic operations as well as on the type, concentration and temperature of the liquid.

4       Can your pumps mount Eff.1 motors

Currently, only on request though this will shortly be a CNBM standard.

Q:How do I know the pump pressure?
Flow 18 cubic meters / hour, lift 100 meters, power 4 kilowatts. The pressure supplied by the pump is 1.0Mpa, which is 10 kg pressure. Is it a multistage pump?
Q:Ok, so I was driving the other day when I heard this quot;clunksound...my AC went out (stopped blowing cold), and power steering went out. I pulled over and one of the wheels where the serpentine belt goes on was off and obviously the belt was off too. I got it towed to a shop where they showed me I needed a new belt - it was ripped, and told me I need a new water pump...all together a 400 dollar job after labor and parts. I was hoping I would just need a new belt and they could bolt back on the wheel...From a chic standpoint, this seemed logical. I know nothing about cars and I'm always very skeptical when I take my car anywhere to get it worked on bc I could be told anything and wouldn't know the difference...Has anyone had a similar experience or does this sound like the problem? I have a 07 honda civic...around 80,000 miles.
to make it simple what it sound like that they are saying is that the water pump is broken and when this happens in some case one can not turn the pulley of the water pump so the belt would slip on it so long until it overheats and melts leading it to rip. if u don't trust your mechanic have another mechanic look at it and if they tell you the exact same thing chances are they are both right.
Q:is there a water pump capable to pump up to 1/4 of an inchsand from 90' deep well?
If the sand is suspended in the water then yes there are pumps that will pump it. Other wise no.
Q:In this area (picture) its leaking quite a bit of coolant underneath the car it is heavy dripping. Could it be the water pump? Car is over heating .It almost looks like its missing a screw or something where the coolant is dripping.
Water pump. When the bearings go they allow coolant to seep out.
Q:need to know how to change water pump of my plymouth voyager its a 96 and motor is a 4.
Rick is usually spot on but he kiinda missed the boat on this one. The only 4 cyl available in a 96 Voyager was the 2.4L. There were 3 V-6 options but only one 4 cyl. As C-tech said it is driven by the timing belt so I would recommend replacing the belt and tensioner while you are there. ALLDATA shows a labor time of 3.8 hours. Here's the procedure. NOTE: If you've never set up a timing belt before find a helper who has or hire a mechanic. If done wrong you can destroy your valves. Raise and support vehicle and remove right inner splash shield. Remove accessory drive belts and power steering pump. Drain cooling system. Support engine from bottom and remove right engine mount. Remove power steering pump bracket attaching bolts and set pump and bracket assembly aside. Power steering lines do not need to be disconnected. Remove right engine mount bracket. Remove timing belt. Remove inner timing belt cover. Remove water pump attaching bolts and the water pump. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following: Install new O-ring gasket in water pump body O-ring groove. Tighten bolts to specification. Fill cooling system. Best of Luck!!!
Q:Where can I get a solar powered water pump for a sprinker? I want the pump to pull water out of a river next to my yard and water my garden and lawn.
Solar catalog. You will need a whole system, to collect the solar energy in the day and use battery's at night to run the pump,as you would not want to run the sprinkler in the sun light. Also think of elevator storage of the water. the head pressure will help the pump. If you have access to a river think hydro power, also, for cloudy days. Water turbines to generate electric, place under the surface. Get thinking man.
Q:The dry season river dock company from the wharf area maximum height difference of 17 meters, is the need to purchase pumps for wharf surface wash pump water, the pipeline outlet pressure to the ordinary fire water pump pressure standard, the best do not directly into the water, can be placed in the dock or wharf surface from 10 meters (below three terminal position floor, 6 meters on average one floor), to facilitate the maintenance of. What type of water pump is the best choice? What brand is the best choice at home and abroad?! Be deeply grateful!
0.1MPa 1, according to the water pressure of the hydrant, dry season difference 17m geometric head for 17m, the pipeline resistance calculated according to 10%~20% 1.7~3.4m, from 3m, so the pump head should be 17+3+10=30m, considering that this is the dry season conditions, when the water level elevation is lower than 17m when the actual demand of low lift in 30m, it is not recommended to 35m head to head design, 30m under various conditions are enough (the actual operation of pump lift by lift device, so if the head is too high may lead to the actual use of pump bias conditions, and low lift and large flow operation, the flow of super power) selection of I don't know your personal needs, can not make a judgment, suggestion the flow rate and pipe diameter according to the economic flow rate of 2.5m/l is about to take it.2, from the operation of the pump, it is best to water intrusion, is higher than the pump center line, so it is best to get the pump installed under the negative on the second floor, if you can not meet the high water pump and the center line, there are three choices in the selection of a pump: 1, submersible pump (by landlord excluded); 2: the ordinary centrifugal pump + water diversion device (water diversion valve then available irrigation water or vacuum diversion device, this approach might not be used, and irrigation valve trouble, valve is broken with it, such a small pump vacuum water cost is too high); 3: self suction pump. Recommendations may consider self suction pump, self-priming pump is also divided into no sealed automatic control self-priming pump and general cantilever self-priming pump both, but the installation height is still lower, the better, because the lower the water level of the entrance, the more likely to suck water.
Q:can stress from to much weight cause the engine to get hot and cause your water pump to leak out the weep hole? and what else causes it to leak?
This could be normal wear-and tear. Poor cooling system maintenance will cause a water pump to fail premtutrely.
Q:How does a pump get water from a low low elevation to a higher elevation.
The simplest form of water pump is a plastic spiral where the outermost spiral dips under the water and out as it rotates. The spiral can be driven by attached paddles if the water is flowing. As the water progresses down smaller spirals the pressure increases. The water exits through a rotating coupling at the centre of the spiral. A single stage pump can only raise water 15 feet (1 atmosphere) A windmill is a good example of a simple pump where a lever moves up and down, A valve closes at the bottom of a tube on the up stroke and raises the water by the length of the stroke. This water opens a second valve near the top of the tube as soon as the upstroke starts and the water is pushed up. This pump does not work by creating a vacuum. On the downstroke the upper valve closes due to the raised water pushing on it, and also due to its own weight, and the lower valve opens from the water below pushing on it as the cylinder descends. At the end of the downstroke the valve closes under its own weight and the weight of the water above it and the cycle repeats To raise water higher than 15 feet using a windmill, it is necessary to install a small tank at, say 14 feet, with a second lower and upper valve in a tube. The first stage pump fills the tank which the second stage pump then lifts another 15 feet, This process can be repeated until the water reaches the surface, but a bigger windmill will be needed to power multiple pumps
Q:Hello! Can someone please tell me where the water pump is located on this vehicle? Or where I might find the answer to this question? Thanks!
water pump is located on pass side of the motor right where serpentine belt is
